Oh, didn't see that post. I'm so dumb. Yeah, the Sp.Atk is 17, and the Speed is 0.

I took off Shiny Lucario off my thread because apparently it was hacked >.>. SO sorry about that. Thanks Vixana for being awesome. If anyone ever EVER finds out my pokemon was hacked I can always give you your pokemon back, and I'll throw in a extra if you'd like just for apology. If the pokemon is marked F, then it's fo sho legit. Thanks everyone!
