Celebi@Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 156HP, 140Def, 96SAtk, 118SDef
Nature: Bold (+def, -atk)
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic
- Recover
Put Stealth Rock where Heal Bell would normally be. Not sure if that's the greatest idea ever, but it seems appropriate for this team.
Dusknoir@Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252HP, 82Atk, 56Def, 120SDef
Nature: alskdf (+sdef, -speed)
- Pain Split
- Thunderpunch
- Earthquake
- Trick Room
Rhyperior@Choice Band
Trait: Hard Rock
EVs: 252HP, 252Def, 6Atk
Nature: Relaxed (+def, -speed)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Mega Horn
- Focus Punch
Comes in, walls stuff, hits stuff on the switch. Sometimes takes advantage of trick room and gets into some sweeping business. I'm thinking about putting in Arm Hammer over Focus Punch, as it beats the holy hell out of Tyranitar; of course, if I was Tyranitar I'd just switch out in fear of Arm Hammer either way, so Focus Punch stays for now. EVs are a bit iffy with me, since I kind of want to stick some attack in there, but Choice Band seems to handle that well enough.
Dragonite@Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 252Atk, 236speed, 22HP
Nature: Adamant (+atk, -satk)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
I saw no reason to go with Jolly in this situation, as this guy outspeeds everything with 125 or lower base speed with a DD anyway. I didn't invest too many EVs into his defenses, but this guy is honestly my only all-out, non-trick room sweeper so I don't feel too bad ignoring Draggy's good defenses.
Vaporeon@Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 68HP, 252Def, 100SDef, 90SAtk
Nature: Relaxed (+def, -speed)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Protect
Enough SAtk to do some nice damage should Trick Room come into effect.
Claydol@Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 156HP, 108 Def, 150 SAtk, 96SDef
Nature: Relaxed (+def, -speed)
- Rapid Spin
- Land Power
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
Calm Mind is cool enough, I think. Minimized speed for Trick Room, obviously....
The premise is that it's pretty much a defensive team that can sweep when it needs to. Which is probably the definition of a "Trick Room team" anyway, but I wouldn't consider this one a Trick Room team by any means.
Suggestions?
