Now that Metang was out, gerard was getting near the end of this battle! Metang decided to Chill, resting so that he could attack more. Joltik attacked with an X-Scissors, doing minimal damage. Metang sensed something was coming, and protect himself, but Joltik simply created a Substitute. Joltik finished by using X-Scissors once more, and Metang continued to Chill.

Round 8:

Tired from the long battle, both pokemon decieded to just Chill, restoring back some of their HP. Then, Joltik, safe behind his Substitute, used X-Scissor, barely going through Metang's iron skin. However, the rock slide that Metang created only damaged the substitute, and untouched, Joltik KOed Metang by spreading an electric web over him. The web shocked Metang, and he was KOed. gerard had lost, and EndQuote happily claimed his Arceus. On the way out, Deck Knight dropped his pack. EndQuote looked inside, and decided to steal all the legendary plates, giving Deck Knight fake plates.
