Is that Chansey "legal"? I mean I guess if people are willing to trade for it it is ok but... clearly that Chansey is not from the event, so why should it be allowed to have Wish? People go through 3rd gen games just to tutor certain moves on a Pokemon, but is it then ok for people to get the same 4th gen Pokemon and Mimic/Rage glitch those moves on? (Yes I know it is within the games limitations... but really).

You need only 2 Candies, if you use Daycare :D

Probably none of my business but if this is 4th Generation I'd be happy to use Rare Candies free of charge, I can also pokeshift. So Hero would MT it, and I'd level it and shift it for you?
