Sh!tty Semi-skimmed milk there. I use ~4% whole (fat) milk all the time. Tastes much better and is by far better for you.
Skimmed (awful, vile, tastes like dodgy (American) water) is 0.1-0.3% fat
Semi-Skimmed is 1.7-2% fat, a little better, but no proper taste
Whole (fat) milk is around 4% fat, and is the proper stuff, that actually tastes nice and is good for you.
Wow, it's cool how this can stem from someone losing at the battle tower in 3rd gen with pretty poor Pokemon to milk. Ah, I love this site at times.
