Quick Question On Gligar

Use Serebii.

Gligar appears in the Wild.

Electivire, Elekid appears in the wild, and some have Electifier. Trade Electabuzz with it and vòila.
 
Wifi trading means you shouldn't really have to worry much about whether you can catch anything. Just find someone who will be nice and give you a gligar.

Trading means you lose the pogey though, unless you have 2 DS's or set up some sort of "swapping" info beforehand... I'd hate to lose my Lonely Elekid w/ all 3 elemental punches (bred in FireRed, ugh)...

Is there any sort of "swap" system or thread set up with Smogon?
 
While we're on the subject, do you need to have the National Pokedex for the GBA-Pak-Insertion Pokemon to appear in D/P?

you can always clone your pokemon on emerald first!
also i read somewhere that you could clone pokemon in dp as well...? Although it was about the japanese dp so if it was indeed possible, it was probably removed from the usa version.
