I personally would go with Gastrodon, because its ability Storm Drain allows you to boost your SAtk further and because Earth Power can 2HKO Ferrothorn. Hell, with Storm Drain and rain activated, even Blissey will have a hard time walling it.
Jellicent has its merits; spinblocking and Water Spout. Too bad, that it is a bit slow so once your opponent realised your set, you will have a hard time keeping your HP high.

Does anyone know a good location to find out which event Pokemon are available, when and how? It'd be a great relief for me if I could be sure that I wasn't missing events.

Most blatant way would be the official news section from PGL.

http://www.pokemon.co.jp/event/?inc=gnav (japanese)

If you are looking for an event database, projectpokemon has a pretty solid one.

I'm having a crazy hard time trying to encounter Tornadus on my Japanese Black. He's already been released (I'm trying to RNG him), but it doesn't matter what route I go to, the weather is sunny and my chances of encountering him are zero.

Suggestions?

Well, the bulletin boards actually say "There's a storm on rt x!"
Secondly, the routes differ by time of day, so maybe your just going to the wrong places.

mainly by doing C&C work
I am somehow aware of how you get the Contributor badge but how many analysis are required?
Is there a standart amount of job you have to do in order to get the badge or do you get it when you draw the attention of the higher-ups?

Also what is the pre-contributor badge?
Someone who was once a contributor but he is given that badge due to inactivitY?

The amount of work to get contributor is not set in stone, it really depends on the type and quality of contributions that you provide to the site.

Pre-contributor is pretty much a "trial" badge, it's no longer C&C exclusive and is given to people who've already shown the qualities to become a badgeholder but still lack the quantity and\or the quality to get the full badge.

I've been reading about how hail teams are the bane of everything in the Battle Subway, but I'm not sure what I need to make my own besides Abomasnow.

I'm thinking Mamoswine, Rotom-Fridge and MG Sigilyph or Froslass.

I'm running a Volt-Switch team. With a Rotom-W.

Currently, it's a Scarf Rotom-W, with:

Trick
Pain Split
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump

I'm not too satisfied with Pain Split, especially since I need to Trick away scarf first to use it. So, I'm thinking to replace it with one of Thunderbolt, Thunder or Return. Which is better?

Also, another question: will a Mienshao's HP Ice hit a Ghost type? It shows up on the menu as a Normal attack (with a grey frame), but hits as Ice-type, so does it hit Ghost types?

for the ability ice body, would having 294hp slowly drain me of hp, or not?
I probably just don't understand. With 294 HP you will gain 18 HP per round in hailstorm.

Edit: Now I understand. You want to know if Seel, the only Ice Body Pokemon who isn't an ice type, takes damage from hail.
Seel will not take damage by hail but gain HP every round instead.

Thunderbolt usually is the recommended move, as it is reliable. Thunder can be used when you have Politoed, because running in random sand and sun teams ruins this move.
Never use Return on Rotom; even HP Ice is far more useful than Return - and stronger.

Short: It'll hit.

I have 3 different ralts (one a calm minder and the other possibly a wish passer)

synchronize - timid alert ralts - 8 - 1 - 20 - 30 - 30 - 31

trace - timid thrash ralts 20 - 31 - 26 - 28 - 30 - 28

synchronize timid vain ralts 26 - 30 - 22 - 28 - 31 - 30

Should the Trace Ralts be my calm minder w/ the third Ralts being the Wish passer? Trying to decide but the HP / Def iv's are putting me in a bit of a bind.

If its an offensive Calm Minder use the first one, the perfect Speed EV is imo pretty important for offensive Pokes. If you aim for a more defensive EV Spread the second/third one seems just right. The Wish passer should propably be the third because of the higher HP IV.

If you got any other questions like that this is the right place to ask in the future: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3455713

Thunderbolt if you're not using rain. Thunder if you are.

You might like Will-O-Wisp or HP Grass, they're pretty useful.

I have a dumb question regarding DW Ditto.

I know it doesn't copy Hidden Power types but lets say I want to change the IVs so I can get Hidden Power Fire, since that requires a change in speed IV to 30 instead of 31 would I lose the speed tie against the opponent? Like I copied a Dragonite, since he has 31 IVs and I have 30 IV in speed does that mean I have no chance of outspeeding it or do I have a 50/50 (without Scarf)

Transform/Imposter changes all stats except HP to the stats of the Pokemon that you want to transform into so Dittos IVs doesn't matter except for his Hidden Power type (and his HP).

I have a few questions on critical hits.

1. What is the chance of getting a crit on a regular move (I think it was 6.25%??)
2. What is the crit ratio on moves with high crit ratios (eg. Night Slash)
3. How much does the crit lens (I don´t know the name) increase the chance of a crit?
4. How much does Super Luck increase your crit chance by?

Thanks.

Crits work much like any other stat, where they have stages. The difference is that stages of crits only go from 1-5, with no negative. Items like a Scope Lens, and moves with a higher crit chance raise it by 1 stage. The ability Super Luck doubles your current crit stage. The stages go like this:
1 (the default)- 6.25%
2- 12.5%
3-25%
4- 33.3%
5-50%

In other words, a poke with Super Luck (Absol, Honchkrow, or Murkrow), holding a Scope Lens, using Night Slash has a 50% chance of scoring a critical hit.

Notes: Lucky Punch and Stick boost Chansey and Farfetch'd's crit rate by two stages, respectively.
Focus Energy also raises the crit rate by one stage
Frost Breath and Storm Throw have a crit stage of 7. There is no other way to obtain this stage, or stage 6 for that matter.
The only pokes that can EVER get into a stage 5 crit ratio are the Super Luck pokes using the method above or a Farfetch'd holding a Stick using Slash/Night Slash/ Leaf Blade under the effect of Focus Energy (however, Focus Energy has to be Baton Passed onto Farfy, as he does not learn Focus Energy naturally)

Breeding

I am trying to breed for a shiny pawniard. However i want it to need sucker punch. I am breeding two lvl 1 pawniard that know sucker punch. It does pass on but will they delete the move if i keep leveling them up in the daycare or will they keep it and delete the other moves?

Eventually the move will get deleted, so be careful. Your best bet is to just go to the move tutor and delete every move besides Sucker Punch.
