That's right. Hippowdon can start the sand, and T-tar can abuse Sand Veil.

I got in 3 times, plenty of Pokemon and items to go around.

Also seems I nabbed a few Pokemon with moves we didn't know about so that's neat. Glad I didn't waste time then!
