OK, I've tried looking, but this thread is huge, so here's the question. Where are the choice specs? I've seen references to a 2am event? What's the deal?

Behind the Waterfall. I don't know the exact route there but it involves going a different way then you would to get to Palkia/Dialga when you hit the snow section.

iirc go to the right as you enter the route and through the long grass, and you should pretty much see it once you get through the grass

Would Relaxed be a good nature for a defensive Rhyperior and does it need to have Rock Head to get Hard Rock?

It needs to have Rock Head to get Hard Rock if it has been bred in the D/P games, if it's in Emerald there is apparantly a slight chance the ability can change when evolved in D/P.

Relaxed is usable although Adamant is prefered

Would Relaxed also be a good nature for Uxie?

Could work, although i'd rather use Calm myself

Regarding Choice Band/Specs/Scarf you get the boost as long as you have them on and the first move you use is the move you are locked into so using Sunny Day would keep you locked in Sunny Day

Yes, the first move you select will be the only move you can use until you switch out.

Dialga / Palkia / Giratina and Arceus are dead certs. Darkrai is debated by some people, and more then likely needs testing first.

Celestic Town. Top-Left-most house, talk to the guy wearing glasses, at a certain time, to get the Choice Specs. I've heard the time has to be between 2 AM and 10 AM.
 
Which two Pokemon work the best as HM slaves? Currently, I'm using Bibarel for Surf/Cut/Strength/Rock Smash, and Noctowl for Fly/Defog. Gyrados has Waterfall, and Steelix uses Rock Climb. Are there just two Pokemon who can learn all 8 HM moves between them?
 
Try Birabel and Pelliper.

Bir can learn Strength/Rock Climb/Cut/Rock Smash
Pelipper can learn Waterfall/Surf/Defog/Fly

EDIT: Gay a water pogey like Pelipper can't learn Waterfall :x
 
This is a question about Smeargle and online/wireless battles. Does it's Sketch attack work still on online/wireless battle?

Like I force my friend to use Ice Punch and Pursuit so I can sketch both using wifi?

Edit: I forgot to ask, but does the parent's nature (jolly, timid, etc) effect it's sibling's nature?

No, because after Wi-Fi/Wireless battles, the state of your Pokemon reverts back to the way it was. The only way I can think of to get a Smeargle with both moves is to Record Mix in RSE.

What's a good replacement for Pain Split on Weezing? I got a Bold Koffing with great IVs, but forgot to get Pain Split completely. Also, is 252 HP / 172 Def / 86 SAtk a good EV spread for it?
 
I just want to be clear on this, does the Pokemon with Flame Body or Magma Armor have to be at the front of the party for its effect to take place?
 
I noticed the no-front-of-pokemon-slot in D/P, allowing the flame body pogey to be anywhere.

However, does that mean it is possible to stack now they don't have to be in a specific spot?
 
When I battle someone using Wi-Fi, does the Pokemon get set to level 50 like they do in the Battle Tower? So if I use level 60 something or a level 40 something, would they turn into 50, or would they not change at all?
 
How much do the EV reducing berries drop the stat by now? It seems to be rather more than the 10 that I've heard, as going to the effort ribbon lady after using one berry (due to forgetting to switch power items when moving onto a different stat) caused me to have to work quite a bit harder. 2 more battles wasn't sufficient, though 6 was (better safe than sorry).
 
If i fight one of the trios and got own, does that count as seeing them, and will they still be there is i go back? i am trying to look for a way of seeing them but not catch them(yet) and still have them in the game.
 
is it bad for pokemon to be raised by the old couple? or is it like the rare candy myth that it raised your pokemon badly.

EDIT: also i been hatching magikarp eggs. female adamant with everstone. i hatch eggs use rare candies and add up their stats. i am getting that adamant magikarp add up some where in the 140 but lets say a bashful magikarp ends up with 144. and non adamant magikarp get high stats like that but adamant ones never get that high.

Murkrow learns pursuit at level 7 and abomasnow learns ice punch through the move relearner. Then just get in a double battle and sketch them. Takes a little time but you only have to do it once.
