Most nonuber metagame worthy legendary?

If that didn't make sense, I'm asking which legendary is most viable in competitive play...

Or in other words, which one should I use my master ball on for best stats? XD

Granted, the metagame does change blah blah blah but which one seems to have the most potential?
 
For DP, I would probably save it for Azelf...since it wanders and should be used frequently...also I don't think Dusk Balls are gonna be that good for it most of the time :p.

Mesprit and Cresselia run around like the Legendary Beasts/Lati@s, so save the Master Ball for them.

Everything else can effectively be caught with a Dusk Ball at night.
 
Azelf doesnt wander....that's Mesprit. But yes, i also think azelf has the most potential of the non-uber legendaries. I used my masterball on him..... he has the stats of a sweeper, with the diversity of a legendary. Go with Azelf
 
Cresselia looking at the RMTs. Myself, I use Modest Heatran.
BTW you're a lucky dawg if you get a Bold Cresselia; the best i got was Bashful with a good Def IV.
 
Sigh... Does nobody even use Mean Look when trying to catch the wandering Pokes? Come on, just catch a friggin Golbat or Misdreavus.

Using a Masterball on the running pokemon is waste in my eyes. I'd save it for Cresselia, if anything. Yeah, she does run, but the stars on the masterball release flash go with the moon theme with her concept.

Just use it on whatever you want, there's nothing that difficult to catch this game. Running Pokemon are still halted by Mean Look/Block Pokemon so there's no real cause to use Masterball on it.

They're actually stopped better than before seeing as they don't have Roar this time around. Honestly, I don't even really bother with that, I just move up and down above Jubilife until they come to me and call it good. Catching a good Cresselia can be a little tedious without a Masterball though.

Then what do you use your masterball on then :-/

Surely it seems logical to you to use the masterball on a combination of the pokemon you want good iv's of, and a pokemon that is hard to catch. The sitting Legends do not only not require the use of the mean look method, but can be caught with the excellent Dusk balls. Cresselia cannot.

I use Wobbufett. He can hurt them without killing them easily.
 
I'd say use your Masterball to get a good IV and Natured Azelf. You can always keep trading until you get a Bold/Calm (preference) Cresselia via GTS, that's what i'm currently doing.
 
Cresselia definately. Get a good one, clone it, and we can trade.

If you checked the "Look what I bred thread" you would of seen I have possibly the best azelf out there.

Hmm, and you're right, that Azelf is pretty sexy. Here's my best Azelf

I'd say it comes pretty close to yours, haha.
 
except hasty means that weavile ohkos you on the switch with pursuit every time, so no, its not quite as sexy : (

It obviously OHKOs on the switch out, but a neutral defense Azelf with max/near max Def/HP IV can take a CBed STAB 339 Atk Pursuit and survive easily as long as Azelf doesn't switch.
 
But Hasty also means Explosion will still be powerful....for what it's worth. It's not like Azelf is meant to take hits anyway.
