Will a Porygon with Download evolve into a Porygon-Z with Adaptability or Download? I don't really care about what it would be as Porygon2, lol.

For Togekiss, I evolved it and it didn't learn any of the moves it said it would learn (sky attack, extremespeed etc.) why is that? I evolved it at level 2 if that makes a difference, to get better stat growths
You have to go to the moves tutor to relearn them. Remember, you need heart scales.
It learns them like how rattata learns tackle, it's born with it. If you somehow managed to hatch a togekiss (which is impossible), it would be born with those moves. It's also like fire punch blaziken.
Does transfering my pokemon, e.g. Kadabra into Pal Park evolve it into Alakazam?

Toxic spikes has two layers. The first gives normal poison, the second gives toxic poison to all incoming pokemon. It does not affect steels, and poison types "absorb" them, effectively removing them from the field.
Spikes can have up to three layers. The first layer does 1/8 damage, the second does 3/16, and the third layer does 1/4 damage to all incoming pokemon. It is not affected by weakness or resistance, but it does not hit flyers or levitators.
All three can be cleared by rapid spin.

I suspect you would need a Trace Pory1/2 to get Adaptability on Z, but I have no proof or experience on the matter. I second this question.
More Porygon-Z questions: Timid or Modest? I'm leaning towards Timid. And what hold item should it have? I can't see leftovers making a difference on it, and the speed from choice scarf sounds nice, but I want to do some Nasty Plotting with this guy. I'm kind of thinking of salac berry, even though I'd have no surefire way of activating it.

Yeah I got that, thanks. I guess it only survives unstabd 225 SAtk ice beams/surfs with 40%ish left.

I encountered a LV 4 Bibarel at Lake Veriaty, never used AR before, and have never traded over the GTS. Is this normal?
Jolly/Timid base 80 and base 85 Pokemon, like Heracross and Medicham.
Yup, you can get level 4 Staravia there too. It occurs with any GBA game in your DS slot, and only after the National Dex for some reason o.o
Timid outspeeds modest salamence (and other non +speed base 100's), AND adamant garchomp, so you can slam them with an ice beam.
