i recently acquired a pokemon with pokerus. now i havnt had time to battle to activate it cause of finals and stuff. now its gone and theres a :| face in the bottom right corner. this is for my lucario and my gengar.

If i am trying to get a vaporeon to learn baton pass and i level up an evee to whenever he gets baton pass, i think level 36, and then use the water stone. Will the vaporeon's stats be messed up and he will have different stats because for 36 levels he was getting the stats of an evee?

No, you can find loads in the underground. in only one session of the underground(about like 30 minutes in there) i managed to find 11 of them.
