Is Thunder's accuracy decreased in the advent of Sandstorm?
With a 28 IV SPEED stat, how many SPEED EV POINTS does a TIMID AZELF need to reach 352?
It only hits that with +Speed nature. It needs 228 EV's with that IV.
Are there certain events which need to be completed to get trainers to get to their "final level"? Such as the rich boy at route 222, I heard his Luxio could go up to level 60.
Can someone direct me to an information resource on D/P cloning? I can't seem to get it right now.

Which would end me up with: (Not counting natures or IVs)

Should i put IVs and nature into account when you say 380 Sp Def, or is it 380 Sp. Def without nature/IV boosts.

It means 380 overall. When people say shoot for a certain stat, they mean with the right nature/IV's and stuff.
For the Azelf. DDMence is fine being another nature, it just needs 270 Speed.
Saleem- when people say try to get a certian stat, it's with the natures and IVs
On the berrys that reduce the damage done by a super effective attack, that is only good once right?
I think either 25 or 50%, but I'm not positive on that one.
even 25% would be awsome Honestly I was thinking it was going to be around 10% off and not really worth the effort
