No. The nature is determined as soon as the pokemon appears. You can kind of tell when they attack sometimes.

Get into a double battle, and have smeargle sketch the moves off of your other pokemon. Then breed.

You can also breed with Zangoose that has ice punch through the emerald move tutor and pursuit through level up.

Same as in Emerald. Berries number 21 to 26 lower them in the usual hp/att/def/spatt/spdef/speed order. Note that the the first berry you use will always bring it down to 100 instead of by ten points, if it's above 100.

How do you get trainers to their final "level"? Like the two old people near the mansion that give you lost of money. Now their Chatot/Roselia are at 40, so how do I raise them to 60? Same with Clint, how do I get his team to be around 80 instead of 60? I know it's possible, I just don't know how, and I'm starting to doubt that fighting them enough times is is.

I was breeding Gibles and one of them had a Red Star near the upper right of the Pokemon's picture. I couldn't see what was different about it and still have no idea why it was there.

Friend says it was a shiny apparantly that I tossed, oh well XD

Mr Mime with Filter makes an interesting candidate. He's not quite bulky enough to beat the usual candidates as a special wall, but in terms of baton passers, he's one of the best.
