[SET]
name: Double Dance
move 1: Agility
move 2: Swords Dance
move 3: Acrobatics
move 4: Earthquake / Baton Pass
item: Oran Berry
ability: Hyper Cutter
nature: Adamant
evs: 156 HP / 236 Atk / 76 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-Agility is often on of Gligar's most overlooked moves; most Pokemon are able to stop Gligar thanks to Speed ties, Choice Scarf or lowering Gligar's Speed, but Agility gives Gligar an edge
-After a Swords Dance and an Agility, Gligar hits 36 Attack and 32 Speed
-Oran Berry allows Gligar the chance to set up twice while also activating the Acrobatics boost
-Bring this in on something Gligar forces out or something that can't really harm Gligar and proceed to boost
-Acrobatics and Earthquake is only resisted by Archen and Bronzor iirc
-Baton Pass can pass the boosts to something like Scraggy or Mienfoo, but note you lose a lot of coverage and this set isn't a designated Baton Pass set like the one onsite

[Additional Comments]
-Can run 18 Speed if worried about Drilbur
-Yache and Passho berries might be fun to toy around with
-Flight Gem still an option, but makes it harder to set up
-Magnemite (and Nosepass I guess) is helpful for removing Bronzor
-Wynaut can help Gligar set up
-Sand Veil is an option on Sand teams
-Watch out for Ice Shard and Aqua Jet users, since they can hit past Agility
-Works well with Scraggy and Bronzor, but most Gligar do so that's nothing new
-Appreciates hazards, screens, rapid spin, etc.
-Counters: Ice Shard, Bronzor, Ferroseed and Lileep kinda, anything with a decent special attack and HP Ice

thoughts?

Under the part where you mention Flight Gem, Yache Berry should probably be mentioned. It's unexpected but gives Gligar the upper hand against Snover, since it has the potential to Swords Dance on the switch and then use Agility as Snover Blizzards. Either way, this looks really good and definitely deserves a spot on-site.

QC 1/2

What do the EVs do? If it isn't something specific then maybe a 236/236 jolly spread is also viable.

QC 2/2

What does it need the full speed for? The spread reaches 16 speed, so 32 after a Rock Polish, meaning it outspeeds all the Scarfers. I'm not sure what else you need to outrun at that point.

Don't you mean Agility? That aside, the speed EVs really are unnecessary. Put them into a more useful stat.

Am I the only one who's bothered that the set is named "Double Dance" but only has one 'dance' move? :c It's sorta marginal though so idk

Also, I support the max Speed spread. Without it, you're outrun by Naive Drilbur, which nabs 86.95% minimum of its HP with HP Ice (36 SpA EVs); Gligar is OHKOed with Stealth Rock. Adamant with 236 Speed EVs reaches 18 Speed, outspeeding all Drilbur, bar Choice Scarf Sand Rush, which is too dumb.
