The first two are going to work together most of the time starting the battle:

Cheese the Togekiss@Choice Scarf
Serene Grace
Modest Nature
4HP/252SAtk/252Spe

Air Slash
Flamethrower (No access to Heatwave :( )
Aura Sphere
Shadow Ball

Cheese teams with Tipsy (Hitmontop) Hitmontop who Wide Guards against RockSlide and eliminates rock types for her so she can focus on Choice spamming Air Slash.

Tipsy the Hitmontop@Focus Sash
Technician
Hasty Nature (Don't have the time to get a better nature)
252HP/252Atk/4Spe

Fake Out
Mach Punch
???
Wide Guard

Tipsy is Cheese's (Togekiss) teamate. He block RockSlide users and deal extra damage to rock type and steels.

[insert Japanese kanji here] the Male Blaziken@Life Orb
Speed Boost
Rash Nature
4HP/252Atk/252Spe

Flare Blitz
Sky Uppercut
Rock Slide
Protect

Blaziken's main role is to take out Hail Teams and sweep like crazy. He teams with Cress most of the time but he can be flexible if need be.

Gliscor the Gliscor@Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
Jolly Nature
208HP/20Atk/136Def/2SpD/140Spe

Earthquake
Rock Slide
Tailwind
Protect

Gliscor's main role is to tank Physical Attackers and provide Tailwind support. He pairs very well with Rotom-W and occasionally Cress as a bulky duo.

ROTOM the Rotom-W@???
Timid
4HP/252SAtk/252Spe

Thunderbolt
Hydro Pump
Hidden Power [Ice]
???

Washtom pairs really well with Gliscor and can be a little flexible with Cress and Blaziken. He is meant to take down Sun Teams and Rain Teams.

CRESSELIA the Cresselia@Chesto Berry
Sassy/Calm (Nature depends on whether i can get my trade done with Ganjo before Regionals)
252HP/4Def/252SpD

Icy Wind
Psychic
Light Screen/Reflect
Rest

Cress is the most versatile pokemon on my team. Her main role is to support and cover potential weakness. She pairs nicely with almost all of my pokemon.

I'd like general critique and Possible weakness and/or coverage of these weaknesses. Thanks.

First of all, add more to your descriptions. Second of all, I would say sucker punch on your hitmontop. For your rotom, I would say put trick or protect in the moveset and put choice scarf (or specs) or sitrus berry as a held item (for trick, the choice items ). A bulkier set for rotom would be better ( 252 hp, 252 sp. atk, 6 spd and moves: Thunderbolt, hp ice, thunder wave, protect/ trick). I think you should run thunder wave on your cress. I think a follow me togekiss would be better than choice scarf togekiss. Why rash nature on blaziken?

What are the advantages of Follow Me Togekiss? With Rotom it makes sense but sadly he was already fully EV traind when i received him. Where would you put in Thunder Wave? Took me forever to get Blaziken and he came with Rash nature unfortunately. Are there any other options beside Sucker Punch? I'm not sure i could come up with a different Top with Sucker Punch and Mach Punch.

Choice Scarf Togekiss is a bit haxx prone in VGC - Togekiss is weak to a lot of common attacking types (Rock, Ice, Electric) and if you fail at a vital flinch, you may lose one of your mons. If you have no access to Heat Wave, I would recommend a more supportive set:
Togekiss @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Serene Grace
Bold/Impish: (Insert awesome EV spread here)
-Follow Me
-Tailwind
-Safeguard
-Air Slash/ExtremeSpeed
Togekiss provides you with excellent support while still giving you that super flinch rate, though at the cost of a turn to get up Tailwind. It is also a lot bulkier, giving you a chance should you not flinch at an inconvenient time.

A couple of nitpicks involve the nature on your Hitmontop, should be Adamant, at least try to get one, and definitely Sucker Punch in that last slot. I would recommend either Life Orb or Fighting Gem as the item, Hitmontop will really need the extra power. Blaziken should either be Adamant or have a different EV spread and move list, if you're planning on keeping Rash, it should probably have Sky Uppercut/Hi Jump Kick | Fire Blast | Hidden Power [Ice] | Protect. I'm no good at EV spreads :p
Gliscor cannot have Poison Heal and Tailwind - it's illegal. Instead, have a Sand Veil Scor with Flying Gem and Acrobatics over Rock Slide. Flying/Ground hits near half of all types for super-effective damage, helping you against many things.
A bulky set on Rotom-W is my preferred set, however, I'm too lazy to think up different spreads. If you're going for a fast set, enough speed to beat positive max speed Chandelures is all you need, the rest is quite useless. That last slot should be given to Protect for a number of reasons which are very important, and the Item is, to me, a debate between Water and Electric Gems, both of which are very valuable to Rotom-W as used as an offensive weapon.
Cresselia works well with Thunder Wave over Reflect/Light Screen, as you're not going to be cutting Metagross's speed with Icy Wind :) Regardless, Thunder Wave is far more helpful vs. Tailwind and weather teams, and there is also the mighty parahax to consider. I find Icy Wind and Thunder Wave useful on the same set because Icy Wind is great at cutting Yache Berries and the three S's, and gets past Lightning Rod too.

GL with whatever you hope to do with the team!

Oh, right, well, I still think it should have Flight Gem Acrobatics and Sand Veil over Rock Slide, as power, super-effective coverage and haxx beats healing any day.
