That's not really breaking the fourth wall. Breaking the fourth wall would mean the character actually demonstrates some awareness that they're in a video game or movie. For all of the characters, the above is perfectly natural.

One of my personal favorites is the female swimmer just outside of the 8th Gym town (can't remember the name at the moment). After you battle her: "When I wear a bikini, I don't know where to put my Pokeballs!".

Skuntank's cry is a classic; I do believe it's the only pokemon cry to make me laugh out loud.

Though it's more frustrating now, the continual stupidity of the populace of Hoenn, Sinnoh, etc regarding the origin of pokemon eggs. "Where do they come from? Does somebody put them there?" I wonder what those people tell their kids when they ask about human babies...

I love the bikini one, thats good. I don't like Skuntank's cry.

In Oreburg, someone says "If you have no gym badges, people will look down on you like a total noob"

In Valley Windworks, when you beat a galatic grunt, he says "Owned by a kid..."

In the galatice HQ, some guy says "Galactic Energy For The Win"

Just some quotes that I thought were funny.

There was this roughneck in the tower, and he was like "TEAM GALACTIC KILLED THEM. MY POKEYMANS. LET ME AVENGE THEM!" And then he sends out a Cleffa.

I lol'd, then I felt my heart sank and I nearly cried.

That hardcore Pikachu girl. Then she tells you not to laugh afterwards. Too late lol.

I probably spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out a way to give that guy a Fresh Water/Soda Pop/Lemonade. Guess I'll stop trying now...
 
Toxic on dugtrio is funny (battle tower).
I just noticed that the wings of the back sprite of shiny masquerain look a lot more like watermelon slices now.
Glaceon's cry vaguely reminds me of R2-D2.

Does he really say "pokemans"? I don't remember battling him before, I'll talk to him later.
 
No, I was just describing his mood. He really was moping about Galactic killing his pokemon, and desiring revenge... and then he sends out Cleffa.
 
When you meet the two Galactic grunts that try to get the honey from the old man, it sounded like this would happen in real life:

"Oh no, this little kid heard us talking about evil criminal stuff!"
"We can't let you tell anyone!"
"LET'S HAVE A POKEYMAN BATTLE! GO WURMPLE!"
 
The kid in Oreburgh said "noob", and I'm sure that somebody else in the game also did. They also use the word "owned". I wonder what we'll see in the next generation.
 
I lol'd when I saw Regice's attack animation in Colosseum... it's like it's a strange robot or something. I wasn't expecting that. XD (even being off-topic)

Oh, and the Galactic Grunts X Rowan and Lucas/Dawn chat when you return from Oreburgh is just so awesome.
 
After you've broken in through the Team Galactic warehouse, one of the Team Galactic members that intercepts you says:

"Are you enjoying your unauthorized, unescorted, and thoroughly unsettling tour of our secret HQ?"

The f**k? What the hell is a darner in the first place?

Most of things in D/P made me laughed, either right then or after sometime later. These thing were

-Croagunk and Toxicroak's cry. Sound like they're laughing at you.

-Registeel spirte poses

-The crazy amount of Internet lingo in this game

-The way Nasty Plot is described

-Regigigas's ability when it come out onto the battle.

-How stupid my NPC team mate are

-How Lopunny looks soo slutty.
