When using PKRS and the power items is the formula:

2(x)+4

OR

2(x+4)

Where X = base EV?

I will verify that it is the second one
Example-If your Pokemon kills a Gastly while holding the Power Lens=
(1 Ev From Gastly+4 EV's from the Power Lens)x 2 From Pokerus=10 EV's

Also, can stealth rock be used multiple times like spikes?

Marowak learns it through an Emerald move tutor in the Battle Frontier. Stealth Rock cannot stack.

I was soft resetting for a Zapdos and I ended up getting this:

Zapdos - #145 (Bold)
HP: 2 - 3
Att: 30 - 31
Def: 28 - 29
SpA: 28 - 29
SpD: 12 - 13
Speed: 24 - 25

Keeper or not?

Also, should this have gone in the breeding thread? Though it's not really breeding, but...

My question: Does anyone else think they should have made an ice type attack that was base 80, had a 30% freeze chance, and hit all three pokemon in double battles? Fire/Electric/Ice has always been a trio (the birds and flamethrower/Tbolt/Ice beam). They came out with discharge and lava plume this gen, but they didn't come out with an ice version of it.

Eo Ut Mortus-What hidden power does it have? Right now, it looks like you should keep it.

I would keep that, especially as Zapdos can be used as a mixed attacker, and can heal with Roost. Thus the good attack, special attack, defence and bold can all be used.

I don't know what type it is, but the base power is 31. >.<

I guess I could do something like this:

Zapdos @ leftovers
Thunderbolt
Drill Peck
Roost
Sub/Light Screen/Reflect/Insert filler here

But I don't know. Hidden Power looks like a standard on most Zapdos sets.

How much does Eruption depreciate with HP loss? I don't know when I should be using Eruption, and when I should opt for Lava Plume instead.

For the Synchronizing ability when changing wild pokemon natures, does it matter when I send the pokemon out? Would it work if I send the pokemon in the middle of the battle or does it have to be first?

Someone told me it has to be first since the pokemon's nature/ivs are decided when you encounter it.

Also, I would hazard a guess that you are catching Dittos, yes?

It is a direct proportion, so Eruption is more powerful than Flamethrower until 63.3% HP, and more powerful than Lava Plume until 53.3%.

Bleh, I ditched the Zapdos I posted about earlier right after I discovered its HP power. Now I got this one:

Zapdos - #145 (Modest)
HP: 28 - 29
Att: 26 - 27
Def: 30 - 31
SpA: 28 - 29
SpD: 26 - 27
Speed: 12 - 13

HP power = 54

It's awesome...except for the speed. I'm not sure if that'd cripple Zapdos very heavily or would work with Para support. Keeper or not?

After finishing an EV spread for one of my Pokemon at Level 13, do I still need to level it up any further? I want it to be used in-game as well, so is it safe to EXP. Share it up to 100 or something? Or is it now safe to battle normally (getting EXP directly)?

if you finished EV training your poke, you should go to sunyshore city and double check to see that all 510 EVs are used up and get the badge from the effort lady (in the pokeseals building)
if all 510 are used up, lvl him to 100. his EVs are safe unless you use 1 of the berries or something

If every Pokemon could learn Baton Pass, which Pokemon would be the best at it? (Disincluding ubers/legendaries)

Does the question I just asked qualify as simple?

I'd say level 90 or so would be plenty enough to level it up to, unless you'll be using said Pokemon via Wireless battle (not WiFi). And yes, it's safe to gain EXP when a Pokemon is fully EV trained, as it's effort values cannot be further affected.

Remember though, Exp. Share is almost the same as having the Pokemon directly level up itself, as if your not fully EV trained (which you are, so this isn't a worry), BOTH Pokemon (Exp. Share holder and battling Pokemon) will gain effort values. Just thought you might want to know.

EDIT: Beaten x( I wouldn't recommend leveling a Pokemon to 100 though, just incase you want to alter it's EVs in the future via EV-Reducing berries.

What pokemon make the best T-Wavers/paralyzers for Paraflinch teams? I suddenly realized just one wasn't going to cut it. Besides the obvious Togekiss, Magnezone seems like a good option, especially since he resists Boltbeam.
