How much do the Power Items get for your EVs, as opposed to Macho Brace?

And what about the Power Anklet? Serebii's description says it lowers speed, but raises EVs for speed? What is the point of that? How does it work.

They only lower Speed while they're being held, but gives extra EVs.

Edit: Forgot to answer first question.
They add 4 to the EVs you gain in that stat (even if you don't gain any in that particular stat). The 4 is added before PKRS is factored in. (So against a Pokemon that gives 3 speed IVs, when using Power Anklet, you'd get 7 Speed EVs; 14 with Pokérus)

Is there a move learner in Diamond and Pearl that I can use Heart scales to re-learn moves? because I got a lickitung and an aipom, and the are higher then that level they need to learn the moves.

Macho Brace is like Pokerus; it doubles the amount of EVs gained. (so since there is no Pokemon that gives out 4 EVs at once, Power items outclass it.)

Oh I see. Thanks. Is it the same for macho brace?

Pastoria City, 133t Sneasel. Above the fat guy next to the lake.
Macho Brace doubles all EVs. For example: Against something that gives 3 Speed EVs, you'd get 6, or 12 with Pokerus.

The Power items are better, especially to train multiple EVs at once or if you're training on things that only give 1-2 EVs. (Power compared to Brace: 1EV: 5 or 10 w/PKRS, compared to Brace's 2 or 4; 2EV: 6 or 12 compared to Brace's 4 or 8 )

I've been debating now, with my team of Infernape/Weavile/Electivire/Skarmory/Vaporeon/Tangrowth planned, now I seem to want to replace three members with Donphan, Swamper, Breloom, should I replace anyone?

i'm kind of new to EV training but I found an EV training guide here. it says, for example, that there is a guy on Cycling Road with 6 Magikarps and that when you defeat him with one Pokemon, they will get 6 Speed EVs. How does this work out with the Macho Brace and PokeRus? Would it be 10 Speed EVs (6+2+2=10) or 24 (6 x 2 x 2=24) or something completely different? i need help.
thanks.

EDIT: Ekypsekim, Macho Brace doubles EVs but it works universally throughout all kinds of EVs. Power Items are better but work onyl for one specific type of EV.

OK. I got a question for you guys.

I have an Adamant CB Rhyperior. It currently has Stone Edge/Earthquake/Avalanche/Megahorn.

Should i Give it Focus Punch over Avalanche?

I dont get the math. THe power items are triple? Or are they quaddruple?

I know how much pokerus and macho brace do.

Lets say I had sneasel w/ pokerus, and I fought gyrados (that would be 4 in total) Would the power bracer make it 12?
