Papa champs? My team by far has the papa champ won, and as long as they all stay healthy a lineup of Rodgers/AP/AJ will carry me places
 
We'll see Lakers! I've already been burned by Turner and I don't have a good feeling about AP/Gore this year!

Btw in my other fantasy league, someone offered me Gronkowski/Ridley/Malcom Floyd for my Jimmy Graham/Dez Bryant/Sproles. I know everyone tries to win in trades but are they fucking serious lol. Why do people even bother with deals like that?

Finally had my money draft. Wasn't too happy after the first couple picks, but I bounced back nicely imo.

Picked 6th, not a true ppr (bonus points for hitting 7/10 catches), QB/RB/RB/WR-TE/WR-TE/WR-TE/K/DST/4BN


QB: Brees (1.06)

RBs: Jamaal Charles (2.07), Darren Sproles (4.07), Donald Brown (7.06), Ben Tate (9.06)

WR-TEs: Roddy White (3.06), Percy Harvin (5.06), Dwayne Bowe (6.07), Titus Young (8.07), Greg Olsen (12.07)

K: Bryant (11.06)
DST: Giants (10.07)

It's a bit risky going with Charles, but everyone else I wanted with that pick was taken so it was between him and AP or Fred Jackson. Wanted Peyton Hillis to go with him, but he got taken early too. I'm very happy with my top 4 WRs and my QB (obviously), but RB is the only spot I'm worried about at all. Brown and Tate are worthy as starting as a 3rd RB but not as a 2nd if Charles doesn't live up to his expectations :x
 
Who was available at 6th? I think picking Brees there is just a tad early considering all the elite RB's still on the board, and that you could have potentially gotten an elite/near elite arm on the turn. Not a bad team though by any means, just gotta hope that Charles holds up!
 
imo picking Chris Johnson or DMC in the 1st is a way bigger risk than drafting Charles in the 2nd.

It's possible that Cam would have made it back to me at 19 had I skipped on Brees, but he and Stafford were drafted at like 17/9. I knew ahead of time that these guys were infatuated with quarterbacks =/


I was sweating bullets in round 4, when I still needed a 2nd RB and there was a massive dropoff after Sproles... but then picks 3-6 in that round were Eli, Gates, Peyton, and Reggie Bush :evan:

Anyway, going well so far. Beating Yondie's NYG Defense + David Wilson w/ Bradshaw by 13. That should make up for the points that Ray Rice is going to rape my second RB by. I wish Ryan Mathews would get better so I wouldn't be completely fucked at RB x.x Also, I had a random spot open so just picked up Ogletree after his 2nd TD for the lolz.
 
Surely you could pick up someone like Ronnie Brown or Daniel Thomas from the waver wire for a week or two in place of your kicker.

Redman might even be a decent start, I'm not exactly sold on Quizz being great in fantasy.

Ya I picked up Ronnie Brown earlier today and am playing him over Rodgers.
 
If only this was last year... Everyone laughed when I drafted a kid from my high school in the auction league last year, then he drops 2 TD's on the Cowboys this year... I love it
 
My money league only has 4 bench spots, and my opponent has RG3, Alfred Morris, and Michael Bush on his (a combined 65 points).

I feel pretty lucky to be winning right now, even though my position players only have 1 touchdown all day.
 
Worst I had was starting Pierre Thomas over Michael Bush. Could've gotten me 13 extra points in that league. Still have a guaranteed win in that league (it's neither of the Smogon ones) but man, maybe could've ended up winning by 100, depending on the performance of Antonio Brown for me and one or two players for him.
 
Im down by 6 points but Roethlisburger is still left to play 2 more quarters. Hopefully he doesn't fuck up and plays well.

My worst production this week so far has been Marques Colston with 7 points. Reggie Wayne hella stepped up getting me 15 and doing exactly what I expected of him in my W/R/T spot. Brandon Marshall was how I expected him to be with Cutler and so I can't complain at all. Right now, the guy I am facing has the 2nd most points of the week so if I pull it out, it means he'll probably have 3rd most of the week so I feel sorry for him in that aspect.
