My friends are all saying Snorlax is on the uber tier just cause they think it's too powerful, so I'm looking for a tier list that lists every pokemon as Uber, OU, UU etc.

Agreed. If anything, Snorlax has become BL this generation because it's a lot easier to counter with moves like Close Combat. The metagame is to offense-oriented for stallers like Snorlax, and since it doesn't serve a specific purpose like Blissey, it's not as great as before.
Unfortunately I don't know of any tier list besides smogon's, but since the main site is down...

Just show them how easy Snorlax is to beat with Rhyperior, Tyranitar, Gengar (if Normal/Earthquake Snorlax), Skarmory (if no fireblast), Porygon-Z, or Heracross:

There's no way in hell Snorlax is BL if you ask me. Low OU sure, but BL?
Im going to say: Snorlax is OU, but not as "OU" as a Blissey. A RestTalk set with Body Slam, EQ/Crunch, Rest, and Sleep Talk is sufficient. Snorlax now requires 350 Sp. Defense(252 EV's with Careful) to function in this offensively-orriented game scheme. Blissey is also at a similar line, but has Calm Mind to ward off Porygon-Z and such. Though Snorlax might now require Amnesia to function. Thats because to survive attacks, you need a viable resist/immunity and good defensive stats. Thats why Dark types do better at killing Azelf than Snorlax.
And then... they switch out to a counter. Amnesia would be a complete and utter waste on lax. This isn't rby.
Lol so his Swampert kept using Mirror Coat, so I used 3 Naughty Plots on my Porygon-Z and he said that was cheap / cheating
