Regarding Mud Sport and Water Sport
how much is Fire and Electric type moves decreased by? respectively to the correct move that affects them..

is it like 1 stage decrease or a 2 stage decrease? because veekun says that "All damage from Electric moves is halved until the end of the battle." for mud sport

Looks like "divided by two", not by stages - more like Light Screen than a stat-up.

But Fearow gets Whirlwind as an egg move.

I believe it's:
Male Pidgey to lvl 17 (Whirlwind) + Female Fearow -> Male Fearow with Whirlwind
Male Fearow with Whirlwind to lvl 47 (Drill Peck) + Female Skarmory -> Skarmory babies with Whirlwind and Drill Peck

You have to have caught all 26 standard letter Unown; Then there's a miner in a cave on the Route that's directly East of the Ruins (on the map). You should be able to catch ! and ? in the cave he made a tunnel to.
