Not the ones I caught. When Emerald came out, I actually started to care for natures and all of that. So I caught all Dittos with one of each nature. When I checked their IVs, they weren't that good. Not a single one had one perfect IV. Any other suggestions besides Dittos?

Ditto is the best way. Do you use the Synchronize Abras? They help immensely.
The faster the enemy, the more damage it does.
I guess I'll just go back to my Emerald game until I get one of each nature of Ditto with pretty good IVs. Does anyone have the link where you can send more than 6 Pokemon a day? I don't remember how you do it.

Yeah, I heard this too. Apparently there will be a Nintendo WiFi Mystery Gift event on the 25th (Battle Revolution release date) to get the Azure Pipe for Arceus.
I would take it with a grain of salt though, if I were you. Most likely a stupid rumor.
As in, a Rhyperior counter counter?
Rhyperior really is only weak against Water and Grass. His other "weaknesses" are nothing to worry about thanks to Hard Rock. Also, Rhyperior's Special Defense is much lower than his defense.
Based on that information, you want a pokémon with a high special defense that resists grass and water. Basically, any grass or dragon type with high SDef.
A good example, though not often used, is Roserade. Not only is Roserade resistant to grass and water and has good SDef, but 2 of Roserade's weaknesses, Fire and Flying, Rhyperior resists. Roserade, having low Defense will draw out physical attacks which Rhyperior can take very well.
Serene Grace doubles the percentage that a move's added effect will work.
For example, Thunder has a 30% chance of parilyzing a foe. If you have a Jirachi with Serene Grace and Thunder, there will be a 60% chance the foe will be parilyzed. I'm not sure if Kings Rock adds a chance of flinching to all the pokemon's moves (It may only work for physical moves I'm not sure) or if it adds to the flinch rate of moves that already have a chance of flinching.
Yes. A special orientated Ludicolo can switch into any number of grass/water and ice attacks, plus it resists EQ.
Is Arcanine a good lead? If not, when do I bring it in?
You could lead with Arcanine if he had Intimidate, but there are better leads. Arcanine with Intimidate would be nice to bring in on Attackers, but Arcanine is weak to a lot of the most common ones (like Gyarados and Rhyperior). Flash Fire Arcanine loves going in when you anticipate a Will-o-Wisp or other Fire attack.
I know what Serene Grace does, I was asking how Kings Rock or Razor Claw is calculated into Serene Grace for moves like Rock Slide or Air Slash...
Is Electrivire still a good Pokemon to put on a team even if there's no water Pokemon to help him setup for that Motor Drive ability to kick in?
Can Scizor counter Gyarados?
If anything about the Pokemon's info is out of whack, they'll notice. Example: A Chimchar caught on Route 210. A Jirachi that wasn't "met through a fateful encounter". A DD/Pursuit TTar. As long as you avoid stuff like that, and catch everything where you're supposed to catch it, you should be fine.
^Pretty much. If your playing/trading a good hacker you wont know. Though some idiots hack ivs and stats, as well as moves etc, or put them in cherish balls and make them shiny, make them easy to spot :/
