For the items like Heat Rock, do they only work if the pokemon holding them is out, or does the pokemon just have to stay in one turn to extend the length of the weather?

As long as the Pokémon starting the effect holds the item it will get the extended turns even if it switches out or faints afterwards.

Does a Pokemon holding an Exp. Share gain EVs if it does not battle?
Example: I have a lv.50 Gengar and a lv.1 Elekid. I only use the Gengar to battle, but give Elekid the Exp. Share so that he can level up quickly. Does the Elekid gain EVs from the Pokemon that Gengar defeats?

When you have a fainted Synchronizer, do you still have a higher chance of seeing a wild pokemon with the same nature?

^ Shooting it up again.

This may be a completely stupid question, and completely unrelated to DP, but where do most of you get your avatars (especially General Tso and Gothic Togekiss; I want a basic picture of a Pokemon)?

I suspect it's Serebii, but I want to know for sure.

I want to leave a Pokemon in the daycare center to breed.. but I dont want him to loose his Moves, what can I do?

If you go to "Pokemon->Summary" and then the 3rd tab, "Battle Moves", the daycare adds moves to the bottom, and pushes the top up off the list. So if you switch the move you want to the bottom, it'll be overwritten last.

You should still take it out every several levels to slide the keeper to the bottom, however. When at "Battle Moves" you can hit "A" to get a selection box, at which point you can select a combat move to move, and swap it with another.

If you are just worried about losing egg moves, and do not care about the original Pokemon, then just leave it in there and never take him out! Even if it he grows 40 levels and the old moves are overwritten, it will still pass down the egg moves it has lost until it is taken out.

Can a Chansey learn Seismic Toss through breeding? Many people say no, but I think it's possible through Skitty/Delcatty. Chansey and Delcatty are both in the Fairy egg group.

Delcatty also has a second group, Ground. So couldn't it learn Seismic Toss through Smeargle and breed with Chansey?
