Chris Benoit found dead with family

Is this confirmed? Because in the article it just said his family was found dead. It didn't mention any gun wounds, stab wounds, etc. If it is then RIP, Benoit.

He was one of my favorites back when I used to watch WWE.

TNA (rival promotion) has even posted about it. And they're ditching the McMahon carbomb thing (I'm watching raw right now).

There was obviously foul play but what i can't figure out is how he died because there weren't any wounds or nothing.

The other thing is that this isn't like most wrestling death IE cocaine overdoses.
 
Rumours are starting to circulate that it was carbon monoxide poisoning.

I stopped watching WWE a while back, but that scene at the end of one of the 'Mania's where Benoit and Eddy hugged. That was a classic moment, and it meant so much to me. Now they're both gone. Absolutely gutted.

Yeah I was watching the tribute program and remembered how eddie died here in minneapolis a few years ago. Sad stuff man...
 
I havent watched wrestling since the whole RAW/Smackdown split, but damn...

Chris was like...the best wrestler EVER and it sucks to know that he's gone...

R.I.P. man, another one lost before his time.
 
first glance i wasn't sure if this was legit because i heard of the whole Vince thing but this is absolutely horrible.

RIP Chris Benoit and his family.
 
If you guys haven't kept up with this, Fayette County sheriff's department has officially called this a homicide scene, and possibly a murder/suicide. This is terrible. Chris Benoit is one of my all time favorite wrestlers, and for this to happen now is horrible. I remember just this Tuesday I was extremely psyched to see Benoit win the ECW title. This is so strange.
 
Whoa this was outta the blue...I'm not a big wrestling fan but when I did watch it, he was always a great entertainer. Anyway I still can't believe what I'm reading...

EDIT: Wtf he killed his family?? Now thats messed up. I don't feel any simpathy for him whatsoever!
 
holy fucking shit. that's um...psychopathic. as heartless as this sounds, i rather have it him kill his family rather than another serial killer, who would still be on the loose btw.

p.s. at the wwe hall of fame last year, lol i know, fake wrestling has a hall of fame, chris talked for eddie..who talks for chris now?

I was flipping channels last night and I came upon Raw. I watched it out for nastalgia and I hear about this. It's really a shame. He was fun to watch back then.
