As for the Mixape, like I said, it's primarily a special sweeper, which is why only 24 EV's into Attack. You don't use Close Combat that much, mainly on stuff that resists your special attacks.
I'd like to know this as well

What is a good moveset for an Adamant Tangrowth? I have two choices, i dunno which is better.

I'm just not sure which to go with.

Earthquake is a no-no on Physical Tangrowth, unless you're desprate. With 50 base speed, Payback is awesome. Don't put up Sunny Day unless you're sunnybeaming, you might want to consider Substitute with his massive HP. If you had to pick one of those sets, go with the first one.

The game would see it as legit, but you should still tell your opponent that it came from hacked parents, as it will probably have REALLY good IV's.
So would:

Seem a better idea? It doesn't help with steels very much, but a dark move is always very useful, especially when faced with quick phycics.
But i'm sure there's more potent moves that RS, considering Jumpman16 told me that Power Whip would do more damage to Gyarados than RS.

Also, feed it enough to MAX it's beauty. One probably won't be enough. The scarf guy will tell you when it's beauty is maxed.

Incorrect. Each quality (cool, beauty, etc.) can achieve a score of up to 255, and each level on the Poffin is equal to one point. So if a Pokemon with a Cool score of 0 is fed a Spicy Poffin with a level of 20, the Pokemon's cool score will rise to 20. The scarf guy gives you the scarves if you reach at least 200 (not the maximum), and Feebas only needs a beauty score of 170 to evolve.
@shadysback321: Asking for Sinnoh middle evos like Monferno is the safest way, because people can get level 5 Advance evos from the Pomeg glitch. Also, many people hack things like low leveled Infernapes and legendaries; however, hackers are unlikely to try to make an NFE Pokemon like Monferno.
