Hello everybody this is everybody with my 2nd RMT. The reason I built this team was that I loved cosmic power arceus when I was a noob (didn't know about EVs). But as I learned more in-depth stuff about pokemon, I learned to love the offensive juggernaut technique (curse+amnesia, calm mind+any +2def. move, cosmic power+charge beam+stored power). My first one was registeel and he was quite a boss. Soon it branched off to clefable, reuniclus, bronzong, sigilyph, and finally I learned that ARCEUS can perform it! So I built a team around him. Now I'm not very good at team building so I need some suggestions to help me better my team.

S-Rank(Deoxys-Speed) @Choice Scarf
Timid Nature-Pressure
252 HP / 200 Def / 52 Spe
-Trick
-Thunder Wave
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Beam

I like the combination of the first 3 moves. I always try to have a lead like that in every single battle team I make. I trick their lead most of the time. They get locked into an unspammable move like SR, substitute, or Calm Mind. Then I T-wave on the switch in and I finally set up rocks. Ice beam is to not make me taunt bait. The Evs are to take hits as well as outspeed any neutral base 100 scarfers. Should I run Spikes over SR? The extra damage on Ho-oh, Lugia, and Thunderus really helps.

ExtraKill(Excadrill) @Focus Sash
Adamant Nature-Mold Breaker?
4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Spe
-Earthquake
-Shadow Claw
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock

Excadrill is supposed to be my spinner, but most of the time, I see that I'm using him to deal extra damage to end someone's sweep. Stealth Rock is if Deoxys fails to get it up. I am thinking of SD over SR and Sand Rush so that he can almost be the typical variant.

FLOOD(Kyogre) @Leftovers
Modest Nature-Drizzle
252 HP / 252 SpAtk / 4 Spe
-Thunder Wave
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Thunder

Kyogre seemed like an obvious partner for Arceus. Since I wanted durability as well as power, I went for the 252hp/252spatk spread. Most people get threatened thinking that it is scarfed, so I T-wave their switch or just hammer them with a SE move or hydro pump. Paralysis is semi-important to the team since they lack scarf or ... oh no I noticed I have no priority.

SeaWarrior(Manaphy) @Leftovers
Timid Nature-Hydration
252 HP / 4 SpAtk / 252 Spe
-Calm Mind
-Rest
-Scald
-Ice Beam

Manaphy is my mini-Arceus. It had its fair share of sweeps. Manaphy is somewhat hazard proof because of the rest+hydration combo. Manaphy has some opportunities to boost, but it can even boost in front of un-stabbed thunders provided that Manaphy is healthy & faster.

SMAW(Genesect) @Life Orb
Modest Nature-Download
4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
-Rock Polish
-Bug Buzz
-Ice Beam
-Thunder

The newest addition to the team, replacing Kyurem-W. The reason I had Kyurem-W was just to test how it will be like in white 2. Sure it was good with its 101 subs, but I still found it to be just some random pkmn on my team. So here is the SMAW. My quickest set-up sweeper. If the enemy lacks someone not weak to any of his moves, and if download works correctly, they could be in for a sweep.

ACR 6.8(Arceus) @Steel Plate
Timid Nature-Multitype
252 HP / 4 SpAtk / 252 Spe
-Calm Mind
-Iron Defense
-Recover
-Judgement

The first time I used him he was up against excadrill. In the end, Arceus SWEEPED! Now Calm Mind and Iron Defense makes me impenetrable on Both sides and Judgement will be the sweeping move. Recover keeps me healthy. It was either Dragon Arceus for offensive Judgement or Steel arceus for good defensive typing. I know, Arceus as a star is unoriginal, but at least I'm using his signature move... Anyway, which gun is more nooby: ACR 6.8, or the RSSAS?

So that is my team. Some problems I noticed was that I had no ground resistances! If you guys have any ideas to better my team then give some feedback. Be sure to rate my Double Battle Gravity TEam

Offensive Excadrill on a rain team is pretty mediocre. I would advise running either Bulky Exca or Kabutops in its place. Kabutops is a nasty physical sweeper who has access to Rapid Spin. It also gives you a loose offensive Arceus-Normal check that can revenge EKiller with Low Kick after hazards. You could try a set like this:

Kabutops @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
4 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
Adamant Nature

-Waterfall
-Low Kick
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Jet

I would speed creep Kyogre just a bit. Maybe give it 16 speed EV's to have a shot at outspeeding support Dialga? The set is fine.

Your Arceus-Steel is extremely vulnerable to status. It hates both Burn and Thunder Wave. Also, Sub Darkrai can come in, put it to sleep, and start setting up on it. I would recommend Substitute over Iron Defense, though I admit ID is a pretty cool move that can catch your opponent off guard.

I like Bulky Manaphy a lot more than TG Manaphy (which is overrated IMO). Glad to see you are using it.

My final suggestion would be to make Genesect scarf. I hate to keep changing your innovations (which really are not bad) to more standard sets, but you need a revenge killer to pick off weakened mons and Physically based Genesect is one of the best scarfers in the game. Anyways, cool team and I like the innovation.

Thanks for rating my team.

I'll use that Kabutops set but for genesect I'm not very sure since now that I have no rapid spiners, hazard damages can really hamper it. I am thinking of dropping some speed EVs on him so that he gets 263 speed. With that, he still outspeeds 350 speed scarfers after a rock cart and I get to put some extra bulk into him.
Sub on Arceus does seem like a good idea. I like ID, originality, but I will try anyway...

I'm loving the innovations you made and the originality of your team. Nothing but a few little nitpicks that I can point out.

Why scarf on Deoxys-S? It already is the fastest Pokemon in the game and can outspeed many of the viable scarfers in the tier with max speed EVs and Timid nature. While I hate suggesting for you to change your unique move sets, I think that Deoxys-S should run Focus Sash and an EV spread of 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP with a Timid nature to take advantage of the fastest Pokemon in the game.

I agree with Sweep, offensive Excadrill is not very good in rain. Use the set he posted, but if must have Rapid Spin you can change Aqua Jet to Rapid Spin.

Also, Scarf Grenesect is arguably the best revenge killer in Ubers due to it being able to gain momentum with U-Turn, so the physically based mixed scarf set should suffice for your team.

Other than those few nitpicks, you have a solid team that is very capable of doing well in the metagame. Thanks for reading and I hope I helped in some way or another. Good luck with future teams and battles.

Happy battleing,
trixter109

I should clarify: Rapid spin can absolutely be used over Aqua Jet. Actually, I would use Rapid Spin because your team hates hazards. My mistake, and I think you will love Kabutops.

Hmm.... I like your Deo-S, but you could replace it for Choice Scarf Darkrai. With acces to both Trick and Dark Void, he can cripple two pokémon in one game. You do lose hazards, though, so you need to compensate that... End-Game, Darkrai also has amazing sweeping power, if you manage to make a plot. A darkrai like this would be something like this:

Darkrai @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Bad Dreams
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Trick
- Dark Void
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot

I have tried all of your great suggestions. Heres what I think:
KABUTOPS! Why didn't I think of that. Yup, I will replace excadrill with the Kabutops set above. I am finding it however, that FS would have saved him a couple of times (Could've saved me from a smashpass sweep), so I will run FS on him instead.
Genesect. He is great. The instant speed is helping me out and I felt like I needed some more physical attackers to hit those CM pokemon hard. I will keep him.
Deoxys-Speed with FS 252/252 still feels kind of lacking in power against those other leads or SD arceus. The trick variant can help me stop set up sweepers and that darn smeargle. The darkrai idea I kind of like it. The only issue I have is that it is easily revenge killed after it loses its scarf, unlike my S-rank. But I look forward to using it more.
Lastly my ACR 6.8... about substitute...sorry I just can't pull away from ID. It saved me so much times and the substitute one struggles from physical attackers. The last battle I did, I was able to pp-stall a +6 shedinja (because rocks were not up and kabutops died). I would have lost to a pkmn with 1 hp if it weren't for iron defense.

Thank you guys for rating my team

My original team reached 1399 rating in PO before I posted it, but now with darkrai, kabutops, and scarf genesect, my rating got up to 1444!

P.s. Arceus can work with a burn most of the time. It is kind of the best status to put him in. Paralysis won't be too annoying when I get +2 in my 3 stats. It just exposes him to a greater chance of being critted since Arceus will usually go last or not go at all.

Great original team you have here! Since your ranking is already great (and the team has surprise), I dont have much to say! However, Sash Deo-S > CS Deo-S seems like a much better idea to me, like someone else said. If you make this change, I would suggest a CS Ogre, so you can have one revenge killer. Plus, Water Spout really hurts x)

Deoxys-Speed@Focus Sash
EVS: 252 Spe; 252 Def; 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Trait: Pressure
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes/Taunt
- Hidden Power Fire
- Magic Coat

Kyogre@Choice Scarf
Trait: Drizzle
EVS: 252 SpA; 252 Spe; 4 HP
Nature: Modest
-Water Spout
-Surf
-Thunder
-Ice Beam

I will try the deoxys set. But as for the kyogre set, choice scarf ones are a bit easier to counter and less durable. My kyogre makes up his speed with t-wave & he got some haxy kills with it sometimes. With choice scarf, I'll have to switch him out more often. He does make a good late-game sweeper I guess. I will test it out anyway.
I forgot to post this on my other replies: now with excadrill gone, I have a piercing NO GROUND AND ELECTRIC RESISTANCES! It's become a little cumbersome because of all these Thunders. The lati-twins come to mind when it comes to tanking those hits but I don't know which one to replace and which one is better. Maybe replace Manaphy?

Thanks

Hey Everybody
Nice team, but one thing that jumps out at me is hydro pump on your kyogre. Surf with max spA hits everything hard enough, and will not miss, and your kyogre is not really meant to wall-break. That said, solid team and congratz on the rating

Yes, Lati@s is great in Ubers now that Soul Dew is released. Latios has more power but Latias has greater bulk.

Latios@Soul Dew
EVS: 252 SpA; 252 Spd; 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Trait: Levitate
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Surf/HP Fire
-Roost/Thunder/Grass Knot

Pretty standard set, and the different moves allow you to catch your opponent off-guard.

Latias@Soul Dew
EVS: 164 HP; 148 SpA; 196 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Draco Meteor
-Roost
-Grass Knot/Thunder
-Hidden Power Fire/Surf/Psyshock

This is my favorite set, the all-out attacker. Its excellent bulk and access to Roost makes it last for a really long time, and can serve as a Groudon and Kyogre Counter with Thunder and Grass Knot. You can try the SubCM Set, but I highly recommend this set as it grants you automatic firepower.

Love the combo of Trick on Deo-S to lock your opponent into a move like SR + sash Excadrill. Pretty awesome stuff. Keep up the good work.
