The Team
I've been trying to make teams for all the tiers lately, I was tired of OU and went ahead to Ubers, where I actually did good, but decided I was more interested in lower tiers, with not so common pokémon. I ended up in RU now, and I'm enjoying it quite alot. I first made a team that had few success (around 10 wins in 18 matches), when I decided I needed a change.
I'm usually an offensive kind of guy, I like to see pokémon die fast and die hard, so I focused on a more offensive team. This is what I came up with, granting me around 24 wins in 30 matches, which isn't bad, but I could use some improvements and suggestions:

Manectric @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Switcheroo
This is a scarfed standard Manectric, I didn't really change him at all since he fulfills the role I want him to: Hit hard and fast. Volt Switch let's me finish off weakened pokemon, such as Slowking or Moltres, or simply hit and run. Overheat is to hit those pesky grass types like Tangrowth, Lilligant, Amonguss, and Steel types like Steelix or Klingklang. Hidden Power grass provides needed coverage against rock types and Quagsire. Switcheroo is to cripple walls if needed or, after getting a Lightningrod boost, being able to switch moves freely, while locking my opponent to a single move.

Gallade @ Lum Berry
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 200 HP / 56 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Shadow Sneak
Another pretty standard set. Lum Berry prevents status conditions while I set up Swords Dance. The EV's are used to give me some bulk, so I can set up one or two SD's and start sweeping. Drain Punch provides me needed recovery (this move is amazing, I've swept teams due to it's draining) and hits decently hard. Night Slash kills Psychic and Ghost types, namely Slowking or Rotom. Edit: Switched Night Slash for Psycho Cut for STAB and coverage. Shadow Sneak gives me a priority move that has actually saved me a few times, and has decent coverage, also hitting psychic and ghost types hard after some boosts. After one Swords Dance or two, Gallade is very hard to stop.

Cinccino @ Life Orb
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- U-turn
I'm aware most people might be ready for Cinccino, but this thing is a beast! I've been able to take atleast two pokémon with him, usually even more. Life Orb gives me the needed power, and the recoil is fine since Cinccino is meant to die eventually, as long as it takes a few enemies with him.
Tail Slap gets STAB, giving it a nice Base Power and neutral coverage to alot of things. Bullet Seed destroys Rock, Ground and Water types easily and Rock Blast helps me kill Flying types and Fire types mostly, like Drifblim, Moltres, Typhlosion, Magmortar and so. Edit: Switched Aqua Tail to U-turn since Aqua Tail seemed rather useless here, and I never did use it. U-turn provides momentum, as well as an escape for Cinccino if needed.

Uxie @ Light Clay
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
Uxie has two roles on my team: 1) Put up Dual Screens and 2) Set up rocks.
I usually go with him as a lead, unless the opponent's team has something that makes me decide otherwise. I set up Rocks and then Screens or vice-versa, depending on what pokémon I'm facing and usually proceed with either Cinccino or Gallade and atempt a sweep. U-turn saves me from being Taunt fodder and provides me a way to switch while keeping momentum or if the opponent is faster, I get a safe switch to a sweeper. This is standard Screens Uxie.

Entei @ Choice Band
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk
There isn't much I can say about Entei. It does a good job revenge killing with Extremespeed, or even sweeping with it. Flare Blitz provides a powerful STAB and hits hard on anything that doesn't resist it, and even if it does, it can hurt badly too. Stone Edge for coverage and hitting harder on some pokémon, usually Flying types, and Sleep Talk so I can switch in on Sleep Inducers and ruin their fun. Smogon's set here.

Hitmonlee @ Fighting Gem
Trait: Unburden
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- Mach Punch
- Earthquake
Hitmonlee was the first pokémon I decided to put on the team. His speed after Unburden is pretty much unmatched, and he is sure to kill something before he dies. I was unsure about Mach Punch since Fake Out gives me a safe turn to activate Unburden, but I think I chose right. I usually switch Hitmonlee in when something is weak and KO it with a STAB-Fighting Gem boosted Mach Punch. Then, after Unburden activates, the sweep begins.
Hi Jump Kick for an insanely strong fighting STAB (I have to watch out for protect tho), Stone Edge for coverage, Mach Punch for priority and finishing off other pokémon even more safely and finaly Earthquake for yet another coverage move. This thing can punch holes in a team that doesn't have a quick counter for it, and I must say I'm pretty happy with his results.
Here I will upload a few videos of replays that might help see how this team does and it's flaws:
Well, that's it! I know the team is pretty standard when it comes to movesets, and yes, I am aware I carry two fighting types, but they both have completely different advantages and coverage moves, and I don't think I can give up on either. They're just too good!
I would appreciate any help with the team. I feel that there are a few edges I might be able to polish and make it better.. Tell me what you think! Thanks :)
