Sakazuki hates all criminals, Dragon would be arrested on the spot. Even if for whatever reason Akainu accepts, I doubt the Gorosei are stupid enough to not know what's up.
 
Err, Dragon is already known as the world's most notorious criminal, I doubt he can "infiltrate" a kindergarten school at that point without people knowing him.
 
Imo Dragon USED to be an Admiral(VA at worst). He is Garps son after all. And Garp could have pushed him into the Marines. Dragon experienced the corruption of thw WG first hand and turned. Which is why Garp then wanted Luffy to join the Marines.

Also, assuming that Fujitora isn't a Logia type, which seems logical as otherwise he wouldn't need a weapon and BB already has a very similar Logia DF, what kind of DF do you think the last Admiral will have? Once again, assuming the DF of Fujitora is a Paramecia by the process of elimination (i already assumed it isn't a Logia and it most possibly isn't a Zoan for obvious reasons), the way that we always find out about Paramecia, i think that the last Admiral is going to have a Zoan-type DF, showing us the real potential of Zoans and making Lucci seem like a harmless kitten compared to him. This way, we will have a trio of Admirals with every type of DF, showing that every type of DF can have awesome potential as long as its user has, something that is much more clear in the NW that it was in Paradise.

I'm of the opinion that there are 4 admirals. A raccoon and a snake to go along with the tiger(Fujitora) and the monkey(Kizaru). This is supported by the Nue, a creature found in Japanese folklore. " It is described as having the head of a monkey, the body of a raccoon dog, the legs of a tiger, and a snake as a tail." We already have 2/4, and this would allow for a new devil fruit pattern: Logia, Paramecia, Zoan, and no fruit.
 
Nobody really knows what Dragon looks like iirc. Weren't even his men unsure if he was human until they found out about Garp/Luffy? Not that I support this complete trash about him being with the Marines.
 
Well he already got kuma in, and theoretically Iva can alter hormones if he really wants to infiltrate, I don't recall Sakazuki hating all criminals though, Aokiji is a vigilante now but he was fine with him despite apparently having poor history together.
 
vigilante =/= criminal. Akainu despises all that commits crimes, specifically pirating, and I don't see how Aokiji defines either of those.
 
I feel morally obligated to oppose any user named Lancelot, Aokiji was inferred to be involved with some shady business though we weren't given details about it (scuffle with dofla) also a revolutionary is about as much a criminal as a vigilante, they don't like the way the govt is doing things and oppose it with their own power, Koza was also a revolutionary but the Navy had no intention on taking him or the other rebels in.
 
Aokiji was implied to be in some 'shady business' pretty weakly;it's also possible he was just investigating on his own. Or just literally hears more since he's not an admiral any more. (At least, that's what I got from it? Maybe i'm forgetting something, but all I remember was "I hear more now that I'm not in the Navy"

More to the point, Akainu knows that he was a former admiral and, even with people like Vergo, you usually don't get that far without being down with justice and all that. As long as he has no proof-and he doesn't-Akainu is probably fine with Aokiji wandering around doing good deeds. (Although in the movie, he pretty clearly lets the Straw Hats escape. I believe it's non-canon though, so whatever.)

but once again, rebel =/= vigilante, whereas I would agree on rebel == criminal, albeit very finely. Just by the definitions of the words, a rebel will go against order whereas a vigilante upholds their own justice, which neither directly correlates with committing crimes. haha but yeah, just wanted to get that out there.

I too am dying of curiosity as to who the new shichi will be.

Sorry to bump so close to Wednesday, but I found something interesting, it has to do with Blackbeard and his strange body. When luffy and Zoro first met bb it was on jaya a time in which they both notably lacked CoO and thus would have no knowledge of blackbeards reunion with Jesus Doc and the like, still they remarked it's not just one guy when referencing Blackbeard, due to the image immediately after it's implied to be referring to the crew that the two briefly met, but it's also possible that they just felt that Blackbeard was more than one person himself which is why he could have 2 dfs, the two sensing this about bb is not unreasonable back at loguetown, Zoro was able to sense kitseuis malevolence and in little garden luffy was able to feel mr.3s true prescence. This was probably brilliant foreshadowing on Ida's part to explain blackbeards quirk.

My guess going by the Sbs picture of a lonely kid is that bb suffers from mpd having created another self to keep himself company since he was lonely, this other self was strong invincible brave, traits that he himself would have liked to have in his difficult time. All examples of cowardice on his part could then be attributed to his weaker self while the stronger self grows with the power from both his own and his coward selfs devil fruit, what he did in the cloak is probably hold out a fruit similar to the gurus original wait for it to transform then eat it assuming his selves were so different it'd count as another being. Shilew did say if it doesn't work that they'd disband, the uncertainty leads me to believe that it was an untested hypothesis not an elaborate scheme or an absolute truth.
 
That could've been a translation error, the original text would be helpful. Dual personalities shouldn't bypass the one DF per person rule since it's still a single body. Another way this theory is screwed is if BB gets more than 2 DF powers which wouldn't be surprising after it was announced that he was going on a hunt for them.

I'd much rather have BB using loads of powers in the final fight or Kizaru's DF and represent Heaven/Earth/Hell.
 
I think it has to do with the yami yami no mi and Blackbeard basically gambled his life on WB's ship for the faint chance he can find it.

It can nullify a DF's power at will, maybe he mastered it to the point he can control more than one at the same time and keeping everything in order? He's basically the Sylar of OP but instead of sucking brains he just needs the fruit user to be dead so he can suck it out and if he wants keeps locked within or transfer it to his crew.
 
My guess is that whatever BB's capability is on how he can have more than one DFs, he can only have up to 2 DFs only. The reason he's looking for more is to have his crew have those strong DFs and teach/manipulate them on how to have 2 DFs like him.

It's also one the main reasons I think why such strong personalities agreed to be his crew in the first place. 2 DFs, more power...
 
^But afaik, it's Blackbeard's ability that enables him to have the second devil fruit power, and by that extension he uses the second fruit's power most of the time as the first fruit's primary power is taking over the power of another devil fruit.

So I don't see how his crew can have 2 devil fruit powers like him.
 
His crew won't hqve 2 DFs its a yami yami no mi perk, though i can agree with you on the limit of the fruits power to contain 2 DFs max in his body. Some will say the limit is three because of th cerberus logo and it will make him more intresting but dunno.
