My question got ignored last time, so I'll ask again. What is the best friendship value to maximize Return's Base Power?

Has that been verified? I mean there are more levels of friendship than there are base powers for Return (which'll only go up to 102 BP max). So it might not be entirely necessary to go all the way to 255 Happiness.
 
@Captain Awesome: If you'd looked at the front page of the research thread, you'd find every type of damage blocked by Magic Guard listed there.

In fact, everyone ought to look there first before asking questions about specific moves\traits\items.
 
How do I gurantee [or at least greatly influence] my Poryon-Z getting Adaptibility? Espescially since Porygon doesn't have that as an ability, and I don't have Dubious Discs flying out of my buttocks to check if it will.
 
Catch/hatch the Porygon in D/P and make sure it has Trace. Otherwise if it's a pal parked porygon, at least evolve it to Porygon2 in D/P to make sure it has Trace after evolution. This way you're at least not wasting your Dubious Disc, just your Up-grade.
 
if porygon has trace as it's ability it will turn into adaptability when it's porygon z. download will stay the same.
 
why does my adamant mamoswine with attack IV of 24 and EV of 124 only have 352 attack? At max EV (252), it has 387 attack points. Therefore, with 124 EV, it should have 355 instead, right? Metalkid also gave me 352 with 124 EV.

My calculation:

387 max with 252 EV.

With 0 EV: 387 - 63 = 324

With 124 EV (equivalent to 31 points) : 324 + 31 = 355.

What did I do wrong here? Metalkid also gave me 352 with 124 EV instead of 355.

Think of it this way:

Man X applies for a job, and has quality A(Quick Attack-esque move), which puts him as "High Priority" for hiring. Man Y applies for the same job, and has Quality A, which puts him as "High Priority." But he also has quality B(higher speed), so HE gets hired.

As to the questions, to interrupt priority moves, you must also use a priority move, and be faster/slower (depending on the move) than your opponent. I'm not sure about Protect/Detect though.

Maybe I wasn't clear on this question. Let's say a special sweeper is attacking Tyranitar. How much less damage would special attacks do to Tyranitar due to sandstorm?

-Does Big Root increase the damage taken/recovered from leech seed?
-How low does a pokemon's hp need to be for Sitrus Berry to activate?

I'm at a crossroads as to the Togekiss set. I was advised to do a Nasty Plot pass, but with only one Special Attacker it wouldn't be used to its full advantage.

Should I use a different Togekiss set or swtich out one of my Pokemon for Special Lucario? I won't switch out Arcanine.
