As a matter of unification, I am posting the following reminders to all Gym Leaders about some of their expectations.

Gym Leaders are expected to be competent enough to make decisions and order in their battles of their own power and capabilities.

Asking a friend for help with a certain action set is one thing. Commiserating with a gaggle of people on irc over every round is entirely unacceptable behaviour for a gym leader and will not be tolerated.

Gym Leaders are expected to be timely with their orders. Promptness is preferred, timeliness is expected, tardiness is maligned.

Gym Leaders will inherently suffer a heavier load of challenges than normal users and they are expected to be active enough to handle such a load. Consistent lengthy durations in ordering is not considered acceptable decorum for a gym leader. If one cannot maintain a timely manner of posting within their match then perhaps a gym leader position is not suitable.

Are there times when a new gym leader will be chosen for a type? I am asking because I am hoping to get a ton of powerful fire types and make that my thing like how Glacier Knight has his ice types.
 
As soon as I have a free slot I intend to accept the above challenges, so copy that. Also, I intend to challenge Engineer Pikachu, so please put me in the queue for that!

So apparently Lou and EM have "reserved" spots, so I suppose I'll just waltz on in and declare a challenge to Leethoof succeeding the first of those two to finish, if that's alright.
