- Hydro Pump vs. Surf = power vs. accuracy
- Rapid Spin to finish off Sash Leads while eliminating his hazards.
- Ice Beam for beating up Landorus-T, dragons and Gliscor.
- T-Bolt for Gyarados, Jellicent and opposing Starmie, but hasn't more use after that.
- Natural Cure can protect from status if you decide to preserve it.
- Spiker recommended, because this one has no hazards to set up.
[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
- Can use Choice Specs + Trick in order to cripple walls (especially Ferrothorn), but miss the freedom of spining is something hard to pass.
- Can use the 4 attacking moves, but once again, the possibility of spining is something really important in Starmie
- You can use bulky spread of your own with either physical or special bulk and Scald + Recover, but it simply isn't good to a lead position.
