The best thing about the Pokemon Transporter. The ability to transfer entire boxes.

Drought Charizard is crazy, though. People were clamoring for that when they heard Ninetales got Drought but not Charizard. Charizard has better stats in nearly every category (except SpD) and has a few nice traits (Fighting resist, Roost, Ground immunity). The Stealth Rock weakness didn't stop Volcarona from doing its thing, and although Volcarona has better stats, movepool, and role to mitigate its Stealth Rock weakness (weather changers have to switch in/out more often), Charizard should still be able to find a place in the metagame. The only thing disappointing was Blastoise didn't shoot water from its cannons.

I really love the idea of PokeBank. 3000 Pokemon?! I'll never fill that but having the space means I don't have to worry about leaving behind Pokemon in older gens.

plus, because the ability activates AFTER you megaevolve, you can undercut your opponent if they switch it politoed and retaliate with a powerful attack like solarbeam
 
a mega pokemon having a weather ability doesn't actually seem that practical. you now have to switch into a hydro pump or stone edge from politoed and ttar, hope to jesus they miss or use something else and then mega evolve and change the weather. it doesn't seem to be all that good

There's poke transfer or whatever they call it in this gen and people can already RNG on the 3DS. The only difference is the 8 second offset and no 3DS clock.

Jeez... If they are this small they will make a mint on this... I didn't know how big Pokemon are as a data structure so I just threw up a number. That's actually really impressive. Still, I'm up for paying my £3 of whatever its going to cost me for that amount of usability.

so, I got to play the Y/X demo at pax, and mega-evolution happens after you pick the mega-evolve option in the move list AND the move you want to use.

i.e. I picked mega-evolve then psystrike with mewtwo, and he mega-evolved then used psystrike right after.

I dunno if that was mentioned anywhere in this thread earlier, but I think that can change the way we can utilize mega-charizards drought ability.

And... how big is that goat, really? In one pic, it is smaller than the female character, whereas in another, it appears to tower above the rest of the street, and the male character looks really tiny sitting on its back.

Here's hoping we can ride more Pokémon as well.

EDIT: Take note of the watches both characters carry. I guess we have our new PokéNav...

At the moment they've only confirmed that the watches are for activating the mega evolutions, but I guess it's always a possibility.
 
calling it now Triple Drought Clause, you cannot by any means have Three Drought users on one team.
Which means people spamming Vulpix+Ninetales+Charizard with a Charizardnite are goign to be banned. Just imagine the TEAMS!

But in others news...wait...why does Magnezone have a female symbol?!?!? OMG...the day has come...

Being able to RNG on a 3DS for a 5th gen game has just about 0 bearing on being able to do so in XY.
