Goomy and Sliggoo are in the Mountain Dex though, and we don't have anything else from that yet, do we?
How do you know that? Which is the 21th pokemon in the mountain Kalos' pokedex?
Hate to be "That Guy", but I don't think Goomy/Sligoo is this generation's psuedo-legendary at all. The pokedex number being 019 & 020 just seem unusual for a psuedo-legendary, and I'm not sure about this but in one of the pokedexes, doesn't it show another Pokemon's name after Sliggoo instead of a blank spot? I don't think it'll evolve again. It could be another Altaria. A dragon with high sp.def. I hope I'm wrong about this because I would like to see a 3rd stage.
It's in the Mountain Dex though, which does have an empty space for it to evolve.
It was caught at level 31, so it probably doesn't have that many EVs.

Yeaa it needs to evolve. I don't see any possible niche with stats like that. I could see sDef rain check very similar to Celebi(prob wouldn't even be in UU though) if it had a little bit more, but I reeeeally want this thing to evolve and kick ass.

Moves that lower stats are already niche and they make one that only works on poisoned Pokemon?

Also, just the Goomy, Sligoo names alone are making me smile.

IMO, a third evolution with a glorious shell is a must.
BTW, Conus are extremely predatory and toxic.
Crossing fingers for a unique Dragon/Poison with watery moves/abilities but Dragon/Water would be cool too.
