I know that mewtwo Y was suppose to have a high s.atk but damn, that is insane. is it safe to assume that mewtwo X will have the same in Atk?
 
Why was my post about the whole skrelp evo thing deleted? O_o.
In other news, I think we can be expecting some details on that evo real soon : D

252 SpA Life Orb Mewtwo Psystrike vs. 212 HP / 0 Def Slowking: 144-172 (37.5 - 44.79%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA MegaMewtwo Y Psystrike vs. 212 HP / 0 Def Slowking: 136-161 (35.41 - 41.92%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

This is using base 200 SpA. Slghtly weaker

Considering Mewtwo X is part Fighting and it has "an increased attack stat." It's probably safe to assume X will have the higher ATK. (Most likely just switching Y's Sp.ATK/ATK)

Ultra Ubers: Consists of Mega Mewtwo Y, Mega Mewtwo X (assuming it has equally good stats), and Mega Arceus (it's inevitable). And Mega Regigigas

Feels like they wanted to bring back that gen 1 metagame situation where mewtwo was above all else.
Also im a granbull....not a fan.

Hum, can you do the 209 sp atk calc. In pretty sure its stronger than life orb.
 
There might be an error with Smogon's stat utility, I'm trying to work it out.

EDIT: False alarm, everything is right. Silly people making me doubt myself.

And this is why I think Mega Evolution is a completely unnecessary Game Mechanic that Nintendo uses as pitiful Fanservice in fear of losing Fanbase.

But that aside, looks past its godly Offensive Stats, and notice that it has Below Average Defense, making it vulnerable to several forms of Priority, most notably Sucker Punch.

a shadow sneak from giratinaO would do some damage. LOL but there is probably nothing that can take a hit from that spa atk.

Mega Mewtwo Y is

Hp 106
Atk 150
Def 70
SpA 194
SpA 120
Spe 140

BST: 780...

Most likely the best bet with the calcs I've done with his normal Mewtwo's stats and the changes made as Mega Mewtwo Y.
