Senior at University of Wisconsin majoring in Econ and History, minoring in procrastination. Hoping to work in investment management once this is all said and done.

Third year student of Civil Engineering at Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Finally done with all the basic subjects of the first two years, from this semester on we start specializing. When I started, I thought I'd be going for Structural Engineering, but it turned out building physics was a little more interesting. I've also picked a couple of Hydro Engineering classes, because that is quite interesting too.
The only subject I don't like this semester is the Org.Ec. subject. Or if you want the long name, freely translated: "Organization and Economy in construction business". As fun as watching photographs of drying paint, but mandatory for later specialization. I suppose I should just give in and learn the stuff, since I aim towards working in the construction business as a consultant or something, and it is highly relevant there.
Other than that, though, university is quite fun. More than one-fifth of the population in this city are students, and there are tons of organizations and clubs and whatnot. The university is the centrepiece of the city, so to say, and every layer of its society is deeply influenced by it. An amazing place to study, if you can manage the weather (the west coast of Norway is neither excessively sunny, nor warm or dry). If you want a foreign exchange semester, why not Trondheim?

currently a sophomore majoring in IT with a focus on system administration while considering a dual minor in econ and management. not 100% set on whether or not i want to get my M.S, but it's something i'm considering and would look into schools such as carnegie mellon to pursue.

I'm a senior neuroscience major who has fulfilled her premed reqs already, so I mainly "live" at the medical campus doing research. I'm almost a real person now!!! Next semester, I'll be doing research full time!

Second year
2nd year studying Physics with Theoretical Physics combined masters (though the specialisation doesn't start until after Michaelmas term). I hate it. I'd drop out but I know that I'd regret not seeing it through massively. I love the experience of Uni. I've met so many amazing people and have so many yet to meet however my degree is hard, and I have to work and I'm a lazy piece of shit. It's interesting enough but I'm not the type of person who should be doing a physics degree really. Never mind though. I've only got 3 years of scraping by to do.
At first I thought I read Cosmology/Criminology. Yeah, I know, I have no fucking clue either, but man effectively majoring in space rangering would be p rad.
Honestly keep with it and see what happens, I'm doing a Physics with Medical Physics masters and for me the first year and a half of plain Physics was awfully boring and uninteresting. I was thinking about changing too (I only thought about it midway through second year and didn't want to feel like it was a waste either, because I can always drop out after 3 with a BSc so I was halfway). It picked up at the end of second year and I'm really enjoying my third, and everyone I spoke to pretty much feels the same. Obvs this isn't true for all physics courses, but honestly there is still a chance that you'll really enjoy it by the end. The work sucks yeah, but even with scraping by you can probably get a decent grade.

Third year university student, but first year in Civil and Construction Engineering. Originally came to uni to study Computer Science, but never really got hooked on it and wandered for about a year trying to find my calling. While only two months into the program, I really like the courses I'm taking, especially Statics, despite my eccentric professor. Speaking of which, I made a 78 on my Statics midterm whereas about half of the class failed it (no curve either). Feels good man
I'm at Lancaster. I love the place and the people. I'm sure it will get better but right now it seems pretty dire. I can't wait to do the degree that I chose to be on. Right now, just doing stuff that is essential but that doesn't interest me at all is crushing my soul.
Final year CS student. I've been fortunate enough to have done well in the first and second years, so I don't think I'll be needing to do as well this time to get a 1st class degree - which is a relief, because I think I'm biting off more than I can chew with my final year project (some artificial neural network stuff I have little experience in).
Not sure what I want to do after I graduate, apart from the fact that I'm 100% certain I'm not going to grad school. I was working as a mobile app developer for a start-up over the summer, so I might stick to that sort of thing.

Super senior at Cal State Long Beach, studying vocal music. After this I still have 3 more semesters... the reason it's taking me so long is because my old voice teacher was a massive bitch and gave me panic attacks, then the head of the department screwed up and didn't get me a new teacher even though we talked about it beforehand, and I didn't want to do my junior recital with her. (performance majors have to do both a junior and senior recital to graduate) But now I have a new teacher and I'm having my junior recital next semester.
The problem is I have to be full-time for the rest of my time here in order to get lessons, and I'm pretty much done taking all the classes I need. This means having to take classes I don't need for my major at all...
After school I'm planning to sing in professional choirs and conduct. I'm planning to apply for grad school as a conducting major, but also wanna get some work experience before that.

Second year Food Science major at UC Davis, emphasizing in Food Biology. (No, it doesn't smell like cows here all the time...)
Also looking at pre-med as an option and it is doable through my major, not sure if I'll be doing med school or pursuing a possible PhD in food science however.

Well I've had a rather rough, and interesting time with this. Was going to go away to UofI about four years ago, was delayed due to a parent having a stroke, and additional help being needed at home, so went to community college. Finished up completely there, and just now four years later am I in the process of transferring to WMU. Inbetween all of that worked in corporate music industry.. Oh right majors, Double Major in political science and history, minor in art history.
