Could someone anwser my earlier question, if u switch a pokemon out in battle, will the first pokemon still recieve full EV's from the opposing pokemon?

No, it won't - Pokemon only recieve EVs through personally knocking out the offending pokemon, i.e you have to kill it to get its evs...

Is there a feasible breeding chain to get stealth rock onto gligar from a donphan? I'm trying to research it right now but most online dexes don't list dual egg groups.
You just get a male Donphan with SR and breed it with a female Gligar
But wait, what if I erase the egg move while it is in the final form? Will it still be able to relearn it via heart scale?
But Gligar is of the Bug breeding group. Donphan is of the Ground.
Uh no. If you get xp, you get ev's, simple.
Oh. Well I just looked a every two type pokemon that could breed with Gligar and it looks like none of them and learn SR. So you can't. Sorry :/
Simple Terms: Egg moves can't be relearned. Neither can tutor moves, or TM's. The only moves that can be re-learned are level up moves.
I'd know. Because of retarded Alakazam-Emerald-Punch Breeding, I had to do the retarded chain to re-learn Ice Punch on my Electivire

If Voltbeat could learn Stealth Rock then you'd be able to do it like Donphan -> Spinda -> Voltbeat -> Gligar, but in actuality you're out of luck. The Bug egg group is one of the most exclusive, and there's little to nothing that breeds out of it. Likewise, if Paras could learn Stealth Rock you'd be in the money, but...
