No there is only auto leveling to 50. NOW, you can do those unrestricted battle type ordeals where nothing scales it's level BUT, with auto leveling to 50 existing ain't nobody got time fo dat

Yeah now I can totally just use a lvl 1 absol as long as its ev trained for battles.
 
I'm doing some consecutive fishing and I got a shiny after 22 hooks and was wondering if I have to restart the chain to get another one because I'm at 60 now and have not seen another shiny.
