You can switch even after you attack once, you don't need to wait until you lose all the PP.

edit- forgot my own question. If you use a pinch berry and heal with something like Recover, the pinch berry's boost would stay even though you're above 25%, right?
 
The Choice Band works like this:
First time that Pokémon is sent out, you select an attack. You can only use that attack, until you switch. (or someone takes the CB from you with Thief, Trick, Knock Off, etc)

If you switched, when you send it in again, you can choose another attack. You'll only be able to use that attack, etc etc

If you run out of PP and don't switch, Struggle.

I've heard that all of the factors just double it. The normal rate would be 6.25%, 12.5% would be with a high-crit move, 25% with scope lens, 50% with focus energy/strong luck, or in any other order. The critical rate cannot go over 50%.
 
High CH moves are already 25% CH rate iirc. Not sure how much they would be with Scope Lens.

EDIT: ok 3 people are saying 3 different things, maybe someone can clarify.

looking at starmie's moveset.
Saw Camoflauge.
It says it changes the pokemon's type based on the environment its in.

So in Wifi, will it just change it to normal?

Can I reload a save before activating the Cresselia chase (before talking to sailor Eddy or whatever his name is) to get a Cressy with different stats?

All I got was: Cresselia - #488 (Timid)
HP: 18 - 19
Att: 10 - 13
Def: 26
SpA: 4 - 5
SpD: 4 - 5
Speed: 4 - 5
 
Which is better for the battle Tower, Swords Dance Rhyperior or Sleep Talk Rhyperior? What would be the best items for them? And the best Rock Type Move?
 
If you Sleep Talk an Attacking move, will you take Life Orb damage?

Logic: Sleep Talk does not necessarily give you an offensive move.
