That's not the issue:

Dude, you need to have a wireless connection available to broadcast and sniff from it.

Ima share here the solution I used:
Do all of this:
http://www.howtogeek.com/112050/how-to-turn-your-windows-8-laptop-into-a-wireless-access-point/

After you have a new wi-fi network working (try it from your phone, if you can connect to the wi-fi but get no internet, disable your firewall), use the disassembled instacheck that Markus posted before (I will copy the link here but IT'S NOT MINE): http://www56.zippyshare.com/v/35544750/file.html

And use only instacheck without using the virtual router plus thingie.

As you can see now the error doesnt seem to be the same... but i dont know the solution for you problem... =/
I'm very aware of this. However, it's always going to be a new problem for everything I do. I need to find out what the heck the problem even is to begin with. Why is this not working?

I've read the other things you guys have said, but I cannot get this thing to work, at all.

Problem is screenshotted:

Please don't ignore this, I'm trying very hard to figure this out.

I've gotten this Opblock message on two separate occasions, but I couldn't figure out what it was that started it and what it was that made it go away.
Here are some things I tried though (it might just go away on its own after a while):
Restarting the computer, restarting the router, waiting a bit, and in cmd I tried a bunch of things there: ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, netsh int ip reset

Which one?

Double check the drop-selection for the Connection you're Scanning, it may default the wrong one (yours with your modem). You want to scan the one that you 3DS is connected.
I have deleted the other connections, there is just one connection which is from my virtual wifi in the settings of my 3DS

I have all the steps ready, but at the end of step, there are no display numbers in the blanks
I 'm sure that my 3DS is connected and i have already choose the right connection
please help me!!!!!
Is the bar I've marked in my screenshot grayed out on yours? delete4.png
If not, then have you tried trading with someone while scanning?

Sigh, looks like I'm going to have to give up. When someone figures out the errors, can they give tutorials about them? Thanks for trying to help.
