The girl is up in the right-most room on the 2nd floor. I usually triger seeing her by pressing A at the Ghost Portrait (The picture in the room with Gengar) three times.
Not sure how to trigger Butler, though.
Is defense scoffed upon in Ubers? Seriously, there's only Rayquaza and Giratina, possibly Jirachi, to do any physical damage. Is this why there are Hasty Palkia's and such?
Many Ubers have lower stats on the physical side (offensively and defensively), so the few of them that actually have the ability to deal respectable physical damage want to take advantage of it ;)

From a trade, yes.
Actually, it does depend of the Original Trainer's ID and Secret ID. So, it's only when the egg is hatched but, if you hatch the egg once and the pokémon doesn't come shiny, he won't ever come shiny if you soft-reset.
For Trick Room, Dusknoir, Slowbro, Forretress, and Bronzong tend to be good. A Stealth Rock team usually has something reliable to set it up like Swampert or Donphan.

Im building a ShoddyBattle team, and Blissey doesnt get Seismic Toss, and Rhyperior doesnt get Sub.

If you can't get Seismic Toss on Blissey, CMBliss is also a fine choice.
1. No one! :) Try a Calm Mind Blissey for Shoddy Battle, but I guess Cresselia and Dusknoir can work.
2. I would consider Rhyperior more of a tank than a true wall, but Gliscor, Skarmory, Cresselia, and Dusknoir are probably your best choices.
how do you guys get the good pkmn so fast?, i mean i see threads offering lots of pokemon and you claim that you breed em, i breed for moves, then for IV, i only train males cuz otherwise i will lost TM's, and still sometimes cant get a poke in all the day with decent IV's, BTW i have a magcargo in the team XD
