Well, instead of using Xerneas topic to speak about this little cute Fairy, let's give it it's own thread.

Ability
Prankster : Increases the priority of non-attacking moves by 1. However, moves still circumvent Quick Guard. If a move such as Assist or Metronome calls a two-turn attack such as Fly, the second turn of the move does not fall under the effect of Prankster.

Analysis
SwagPlay
This thing is a good option for being your Xerneas check : it can switch in Geomancy and take anything from +2 Modest Xerneas, while it will have huge chance to stall it with priority Swagger + Thunder Wave (Xerneas will have only about 20% chance to hit you two times). Still, it is not perfect as it will take some time to kill it due to Foul Play being not very effective. In the worst scenario, Thunder Wave will make it food for revenge killing.
This set can also wreak havoc on uber teams lacking a good counter to SwagPlay (Blissey/Chansey, defensive Groudon, ExtremeKiller Arceus are the most common ones). If there is no counter on the horizon, you can switch in Lugia, some support Arceus (Rock, Fairy...), toxic Aegislash and some other common Pokes to set up a substitute and start the annoying SwagPlay strategy.
However, don't get over-confident when using Klefki : you should use it primarily for it's ability to check Xerneas and switch in Toxic stallers. Its ability to spread paralysis is very interesting for teams using slow but powerful mons and for emergency check especially for teams lacking a scarfer.
Dual screens
This set use Prankster to set up Reflect and/or Light screen easily, as thanks with priority on said moves, you'll take reduced damage. Thanks to its excellent typing, it will be quite easy to set up this and spread paralysis. However, the lack of self recovery due to the use of Light Clay will make its life short.
