I've never gotten a female from the Wondercard itself, but, you're able to breed for Females.

Darn, I'm soft resetting right now for it. Was hoping to get a female to pass down the cherish ball :p is there anything I should aim for? All the torchics I've gotten have had terrible IVs.
This may be a stupid question, but how are so many getting Pokemon unobtainable to Pokemon X and Y? I mean, Pokebank was out in Japan for a day, lol, jesus...
You can't pass down Cherish or Masterballs.
GTS, Friends, Luck or in my case using my JP DS/Game :l
In my case a friend of mine was nice to give me Cyndaquil and Mudkip. Also, I was giving out Cyndaquil by sending trade requests to passersby and I received a Shinx and an Oshawott. Don't reject those random trade requests you get on the PSS :) You may also try the GTS.
EDIT: Once you get one, it's ridiculously easy to get more by putting the junk spitbacks up on the GTS.
that event torchick is male only, that means you cant pass down the cheerish ball, and if you want an HA female, you have to breed with a ditto and the baby will always come in a standar boring pokeall

Breeding's way quicker.

Sorry for all the questions, just one last one... How are people getting flawless dittos? I thought dittos couldn't breed with other dittos?

A lot of patience and the friend safari
Cloning, getting lucky in friend safari or getting lucky with PokeRadar chains I believe after 60+ it's a higher chance than if you were in Friend Safari's (3IV that is)
Does Treeko have HA :3?
Honestly you don't even need a flawless Ditto. Just breed 'til you get a female, then use something flawless from the same egg group. Or use multiple low IV Dittos until you get two 4IV Torchics with all stats covered.
There was someone a few pages back with Speed Boost Carvanha's in their shop (No females until Jan however)
