Agility+Growth Smeargle. I don't even know if it had baton pass or not, it just kept setting up growth until Gliscor killed it with EQ. It didn't even have a sash. The guy with Growth Smeargle ended up winning, since his opponent apparently thought that using toxic, outrage, and superpower on a Clefable was a good idea.

WTF are you even talking about, quick attack is a standard move on Pinsir. Mega Pinsir has the ability aerilate which turns normal moves into flying moves and gives them a 30% power boost, so quick attack becomes a 52 base power move (78 with STAB factored in). Dunno why the hell it had storm throw though.

That Hippo wasn't even FEAR. It had no sash and it can't learn endeavor. It was level 1 for no explainable reason.

My guess is that it was level 1 to ensure that it would be KO'd instantly. Having a multi-use weather setter is typically considered to be a better idea, however, and the opponent might just set up on it anyway.
