There's no such thing as a male Kangaskahn. It's always female.
I can catch you one from Friend Safari in the ball of your preference, but Ivysaur Friend Safari hates me so much. So it might take a while longer to encounter Chlorophyll if you're willing to wait. Don't exactly want any of your 5IV's for it but if you have any super crappy IV'd Extrasensory Cyndaquil's I'd like one.

Depends on the trader anywhere from a 5IV Pokemon + Ability Capsule could maybe get you a 6 or 5x 31 Ditto to start breeding with or anywhere from two to four 5IV's for yourself. Which then depends on gender ratios, if they're HP Pokemon or not or super long chain bred egg moves etc.

Ability Capsule changes the ability permanently, combat doesn't matter. (Though you can't use it in combat. That would be dumb and broken x_x )

No, I meant I've seen some people accept an Ability Capsule + 5IV Pokemon for one ditto. On your end, you would be able to trade the Ability Capsule alone for a couple of 5IV Competitives depending on the things I've listed.
u can use them to change an ability if you are to lazy to breed a new one :P i agree that it might be helpful for complicated gender/ability ratios but even then its not possible to change the ability in a hidden ability
