You know that area on Victory Road with grass and ruins of buildings, next to a cliff, that is between two of the caves? It is somewhere in that area between 8pm-9pm.
It's so anal that they had to make it THAT specific to find.

Actually, I think it is after you catch your first pokemon (so you have two pokemon) in this generation.

My team? Well, the one I am working on right now is somewhat like a stall core of Gastrodon, Gourgeist, Rotom-Heat, and Mandibuzz, with Mega Mawile as a driving force to take care of the opponent's crippled pokemon. I am actually having trouble trying to think of a good sixth pokemon for my team.
