Yes put a female in the day care with a male or ditto or any pokemon In the egg group also your gonna need an everstone and destiny knot

if one of the parents has the ability there is a chance the hidden ability will be passed on in breeding ( i think it has to be female unless you are ditto breeding)

With a male you have to use a ditto, but females have a pretty high chance of passing it on regardless of what the male is. (Provided the two can breed.)
