what about an adamant 3iv scyther?
 
Trying to rng in HG and was wondering about the roaming legendaries, Are their natures and IVs set from when you release them from the tower, or do they change each time you run into them? On that same note, if you've encountered them once and they're not shiny, can they ever be shiny?

They are set once you encounter them, including the shininess

That would be the case if it was ever released, but unfortunately, contrary has never been available on snivy yet :/
But luckily, it is not like chandelure (never released with shadow tag, changed to infiltrator this gen) as I have seen contrary serperior in the battle maison :D
