how does azumarills huge power work? Is it a passive? Or when his attack is raised do I see it as a statboost on my screen?

It just treats your attack stat as twice as it normally would be. It's basically a swords dance, but it's not visible as a +2 increase.
As far as I know, no. Breloom doesn't learn Spore, Shroomish does.
If Azumarill's attack is 212 (example) it becomes 424 thanks to its ability.

If you want your Aegislash to stay in and take hits, use HP evs. If all you're planning to do is switch in, force a switch and hit the incoming mon hard while switching out soon after(and using LO), the additional Atk evs can come in handy in picking off weakened foes.
Note that you need 8 Atk evs to ensure a 2HKO on Blissey after SR, and 252 evs to ensure an OHKO on incoming TTar without any passive damage.
I'm pretty new to competitive battling and I figured that Smogon is the best place to learn how. So I now need some help on team building, and I was just wonderin that coul anyone help me?

Is it true, that Mega-Banette, the turn it mega-evoltes, it doesn't get the priority on status moves if normal banette has frisk?

Why is the move "pursuit" legal? You banned M-Gengar so shouldn't the entire concept of trapping your opponent be banned? It places a massive liability on ghost/psychic Pokemon and adds nothing to the strategy of the game.
Gengar has a large movepool and it can take out high valued targets. Also Mega Gengar has a better speed tier and it is much more bulky as it cannot be taken out by priority.
Pursuit does add strategy in the sense that it gives its user a tool take out troublesome targets. Unlike Mega Gengar, Pursuit requires some prediction to take advantage of a switch or requires its target to have low health in order to kill due to its low base power.
Metagross received some heavy nerfs this generation due to receiving two new weaknesses and Meteor Mash's BP being reduced. It is currently in UU beta.
Pursuit is a highly situational move that requires skill and prediction to pull off. Those Ghost/Psychic Pokemon oftentimes carry a coverage move for the common users, such as Focus Blast for Tyranitar, and as such carries risk. Shadow Tag does not and you can KO the opposition on your own terms. To the contrary, Pursuit requires a high amount of strategic thinking.
Good responses... sorry, I think I was just bitter because a Bisharp KO'd my Reuniclus with Pursuit. Next time I'll try and predict the switch and hit him with focus blast.
I was breeding some Lilpeeps and I came across a Shiny. It's Perfect Ivs in HP,Att,Sp.att,Sp.def and 25 in speed.But the problem is that it got 1 Iv in Def. It has the Bold nature with Evs into 252 Hp, 252 def and 4 into Sp.def. Am thinking of using the move set, Toxic, Amnesia, Recover and energy ball, but the eggs moves Curse, Mirrior Coat and stealth rock are available. So will this Lileep have any competitive use?
Turn order is set at the start of the turn, before Mega Evolution occurs. If a Banette with Frisk evolves into Mega Banette, Prankster won't affect the turn order for that turn.
Works the same with anything that alters its speed via Mega Evolution.
Okay so say I'm playing doubles, and a ghost type on the opponent's team uses protect, one of my pokemon uses feint on it, and the other uses shadow claw.
Obviously feint won't deal damage, but will it lift the effects of protect so I can hit it with shadow claw? Or is it like rapid spin where the effect of the move won't trigger unless it deals damage?

Seismic Toss does a fixed amount of damage regardless of stat changes or anything else.

Can somebody tell me how does Ion deluge work ? I failed to find any description of this move, and I don't even know how many turns it longs.

No. Stance Change cannot be removed or overwritten or copied in any way. Transforming into an Aegislash gives you an Aegislash that can't Stance Change; your Ditto is stuck in whatever forme it copies.
Probably not; you'd have to do some forum searching to be sure, but Hitmonlee is just unlikely to see much use in OU because it's massively outclassed by bulkier, heavier-hitting Fighting types like Conkeldurr or Lucario. Heck, Conkeldurr was so good that he pushed Machamp into UU in Generation 5.
