He was trying to get the moves passed down to his Eevee, but I believe Chansey is unable to do that.

If you mean the Chansey I trade you, then it shouldn't if you're careful enough. Even if it does, you can always use a Heart Scale to relearn it.

Does anybody have a male/female in the grass/fairy egg group with 30 iv's in speed or sp atk? Been looking for this for a while. Spitbacks are fine, I just need those certain iv's. I can offer:
